On our latest visit, we were given a list of repairs, all of which seemed reasonable. At the time, our schedule was busy, so we just had one repair done, related to our car hesitating. Then - a few weeks later - our car was still hesitating now and then (and more dramatically) as we drove it. It wasn't quite enough for our car to stall, but it made us very uneasy. We took the car to another mechanic, explaining the hesitation issue. We gave that shop a copy of our recent receipts from 535, so these other mechanics would know what had already been done. They tried one fix after another, but nothing fully resolved the issue. Several days later, they still hadn't found what was wrong with the car... until they revisited the repair that 535 had done. Laughing as they explained the folly of not giving that repair a second glance until they'd eliminated everything else... they said it was a relatively simple fix, directly related to the 535 repair. Our car is running fine now, thanks to their work. It may have been an unusual misstep on 535's part, but the last time we saw Bill - a few days after the repair at his shop - something felt different. He wasn't the same, friendly Bill. Whatever it was, I hope Bill and his team get it straightened out. However, we're not likely to return to 535 Auto Care.

I would 100% reccomend this location to anyone not wanting to spend a fortune at the dealer. Don't forget to show you AAA card and you will receive a small discount as well.

Over this last year, they saw one of our cars more than we did. When we broke down on the side of the turnpike, which happened to be right after we had picked up the car, they even paid to have it towed back. It turned out after a bit of investigation they were able to figure out what the actual problem was so that we would be able to get the car running enough to trade it in. They called me several hours later and quoted me $1750.00 plus a $220.00 diagnostic fee for a total of $ 1970.00. that seemed very pricey for a blown hose. I decided to have the car towed to another repair facility (Mike's Expert Auto) who repaired my car for a total of $404.17!!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE SCAMMERS!!!!! I booked my appointment online a few days prior and was surprised and a little skeptical as on the website it said my tire rotations, brake check and general car checkup was free. I was thinking that maybe they would get me once I'm in with some sort of fee or labor. I was wrong! I came in and a gentleman helped me get my profile in their system and within 5 minutes of me getting there, they were already working on my car! There is a gas station and a Starbucks nearby if you need someplace to be but I ended up just staying put in the lobby to see what they are doing to my car. They told me it would be done about 30-40 minutes. Sure enough, 30 minutes later, my car was checked and my tires rotated with a clean bill of health! They told me what I needed to keep an eye on like fluids, etc. but didn't sell me on any service or scare me into getting work done to my car that wasn't needed. I appreciated their honesty. Final thing to settle was the bill - it was indeed free! No hassle, they gave me my work breakdown on my car and sent me on my way! I will definitely be back to this location for my routine maintenance and any other work I need done for my car.

Then when you only need 1 service, he will only offer the most expensive option and lie that they don't have a cheaper option. Unless you pry, and ask again, then they tell you they have it cheaper but it won't be quality. I'm not just a disgruntled customer, I know when I'm being taken advantage of. Do not go here. Go somewhere else. They are a new Mavis and I get it, it's a business and they're trying to make money, but they are liars and will over charge you without any qualms. I've brought my VW's to FS Tuning for several years and have been happy with the work they have…read moredone. I'm rating them with 1 star because their communication is amongst the worst I have ever encountered and they lied to the BBB when I asked the BBB for help. As I write this review I have been trying for 10 weeks to get FS Tuning to process a $500 refund for a product I returned. Most times that I call their office nobody answers, and there have been days that I tried calling a dozen times. Their recording suggests leaving a message or sending them an email. When I have left messages they do not call back. I have emailed them on a number of occasions and they have never responded. When I have been able to speak with someone I am told they will work on getting the refund processed, but it has not happened. 12 week update - More unanswered calls and unreturned messages. I did get through and the person I spoke with immediately put me on hold for 10 minutes and when they got back didn't know what was going on and said they would call back, but they didn't. I called them back two days later and they said they'd get with somebody there and put me on hold, after waiting 15 minutes the call disconnected. 14 week update - I reached out to the BBB for help with obtaining the refund since FS Tuning still has not returned my money. After two weeks the BBB notified me that the business had failed to respond to their inquiry and they would make a second attempt. 17 week update - FS Tuning replied to the BBB by lying to them claiming that the product supplier denied the request for a refund. See the attached images showing communication from the supplier to me a month before I contacted the BBB for assistance proving FS Tuning had been provided the refund to give to me, but FS Tuning did not. I believe they do good work, but I cannot recommend them due to the poor communication with the customer, and being dishonest in this matter. I suggest first trying Noster Motorsport or Adler Rennsport for service in the Orlando area.

Upon receiving a list of repair costs for the car (which were very pricey), I see for the first time it costs $200 to just run the diagnostic. I called the office and explained my frustration of not disclosing the price, and they seemed to understand how frustrating that was to find out AFTER giving them my keys and leaving the car with them for a day. My boyfriend picked up the car and also explained our frustrations, and the guy at the front desk told us (word for word) that he is perfect and KNOWS he told us that there was a $200 diagnostic fee. He was extremely unprofessional. We were able to talk to another employee and take my vehicle after paying $150 instead of $200. Will never come back here, extremely unfair to not disclose this information to your potential clients!!
