They are located right near the Ocoee/WInter Garden line. They are full service, oil changes, car maintance, A/C repair and more. The staff is always friendly and their service is quick. If for some reason they need to keep your car longer, they let you know in plenty of time. I would 100% reccomend this location to anyone not wanting to spend a fortune at the dealer. We have been using Ocoee Tire for years now. They have never lead us astray. They are honest, hardworking, and determined when a problem arises. They want to fix it! Over this last year, they saw one of our cars more than we did. When we broke down on the side of the turnpike, which happened to be right after we had picked up the car, they even paid to have it towed back. It turned out after a bit of investigation they were able to figure out what the actual problem was so that we would be able to get the car running enough to trade it in. Friendly service. Cozy lounge area and a clean bathroom. I had an issue with a belt that they placed back on my alternator...but it tore and frayed. I had to get it towed back the same day (which costed me $100) but they did fix it for no charge since it was on them. Overall, I recommend this store. Don't trust these guys! They are AAA approved, but I don't know how. My fiance had AAA recommend them for his GMC truck. They told him it would cost $2500 for brake lines, a brake booster, a master cylinder, and a battery. We had it towed to another location, and they said the ONLY thing wrong with the truck was the brake lines, and it would cost $527. I've reported these thieves to AAA. Don't go there!! A routine, check-engine light appeared in my dash. Generally I am aware that means to stop driving and seek assistance. Went to advance and it was diagnosed as O2 sensors so I flushed the fuel lines and the light went away A week or so later, the light reappeared and I knew I should take it in. I own a Chevy Cruze and decided I should take it to an authorized dealership for good service. (I am new to the area). When I made the appointment, the receptionist failed to tell me that there would be a $145.00 diagnostic fee. Upon arrival they reassured me that it was ok because they would apply that fee towards repairs. Reluctantly I agreed but I knew, or thought, that the job should cost more than that but not too much more. They returned an hour later saying that I needed a new pump and purge valve at about $180 total (parts). So when the walk out price was over $1000 I was shocked. Turns out their labor also costs $145/hr. I didn't have nearly enough money and left disappointed. A friend told me about Ocoee Tire and Auto and mentioned that the owner was a nice gentleman who gave him solid advice without trying to talk him into extra services. So I decided to give him a call. I work in hospitality and I can appreciate when people make great first impressions or go out of their way to help. I was amazed by the voice on the other end. Art is a friendly, patient businessman who truly appreciates your time. He was kind while I stumbled around the pertinent information about how he could help me. While he couldn't provide a firm price with the information that I had provided from the dealership's diagnosis, he gave me a ballpark $550 and we decided to do business together. I arrived bright and early the next morning and Art and his staff went to work. Immediately, they were vocal, upfront and honest about what they were doing, the cost and why it needed to be done. It was nice to be treated like someone and not just a ticket number. Turns out that a specialty technician had to come by to reprogram the car (because newer models are all computer based now) so I headed home and enjoyed knowing that I was in good hands. I got a call that afternoon with updates, and the next morning saying that the dealership wasn't wrong, but they also weren't thorough enough to notice that they didn't diagnose the whole problem. A leak was still persistent after changing the parts. I confirmed continuation of service and even asked for an oil change to make sure that I covered my bases. Who know how much more the dealership would've charged. The car was ready but due to personal reasons I waited til the next day to pick it up. Upon arrival, I was greeted with by a cheerful, humble man who welcomed me and assured my safety. We went over what had been done and future repairs that would prevent any problems for me as I traverse the dangerous tourist filled roads. All in all, my services came in under $500. With the extra labor, with the extra parts, with the oil change! Under $500. Art, you have earned my business and my family's business as long as I am within driving distance! Great service, friendly guys. They'll go out of their way to keep your costs down too. My Ford Expedition needed a new starter. I called them because they were both AAA and RepairPal recommended. Plus they were about $50 cheaper than the next closest quote I got. They had it ready about . . . 6 hours later, everything was great. Then I got home, and the shifter cable broke. This was not their fault, it's an issue I'd been ignoring for a few months, and I guess moving the shifter around to slip it into neutral and what not for the starter just exacerbated the problem. SO I had to have it towed back to them for that. As part of that, they had to fix something else, which if they'd gotten the part from Ford would've been about $1200. Instead, they went to a scrap yard and got the same part from another Expedition and did it all for 1/10th of that. In short, I will recommend these guys to anybody, and they will definitely be getting my business going forward. I dealt mostly with Art, but all the guys there are friendly and know what they're talking about. When I was picking up my car I brought in a mechanic friend to talk shop a bit with them and get a gauge, they passed his test for knowledge and honesty. read more

So apparently this place used to be a 1950s gas station and they have recently moved into this location, within a year or two I believe, but they have been in business in Ocoee for awhile. The lobby is very nicely decorated, definitely a lady's doing, with holiday themed decor and a Bible or two around. Nice little waiting area. The service was excellent, fast and affordable. Went here for an oil change and was in and out within an hour or two even though i had no appointment. read more

My car sat for 8 hours. I brought it in for a valve cover gasket. With out even putting my car on the diagnostic machine, they tried to upsell me with a chemical clean of the engine. When I asked what codes did they find, I was told my car wasn't put on the machine yet. After my car sat in the same spot all day, I called and told them to do nothing and I would be there to pick up my car. When I arrived, they told me I needed a tune up since my car is a 2003 and just reached 100,000 miles. When I asked if they ran the diagnosis I was told no. At that point I just wanted my keys to leave. My keys were held hostage until I paid for them to diagnosis my car which they did not. When I stated I did not want to sign anything, I was told it was the only way to release the keys. I would never go here again, I would not recommend them. I am seriously thinking of taking this to small claims court. read more

This family run operation is your typical small-town mechanic, honest, hard-working and diligent. I bought four tires online and they were able to install them including cleaning a rim and valve in which I had used tire inflate on when I had a flat. He was able to salvage the valve stem with the TPMS, most other places would've charge me to replace all four. I also got a oil change, brake cleaning, AC check, cabin filter, charging system check, and alignment for about $360, of course I have provided the tires but still that was a great deal. I had them another facility had told me I needed a new battery but I had a check with them and they said it was fine they said I would need one eventually but that's the difference they don't replace parts they don't need to or do work for doesn't need to be done. read more

Came here for a simple tire repair and was treated very well through the whole process. Found out that my tire was beyond repair and they first showed me the amount for a new tire but then, instead of trying to upsell me on a better tire they recommended that I buy a good used tire they had at the shop and pay less than half the price of the new one. Horrible company. I have been very patient with this shop to repair my car, it has been over 3 weeks since my car has been in the shop for a job that should have only taken a few days at most. On top of that, the staff is incredibly rude!! They curse and are very un-proffessional. And when I stated that I was a valued paying customer that did not deserve to be talked to this way or treated as, the manager's response was "too bad!" Followed by them hanging up on me. I am very upset and advise anyone not to take their vehicle here. This is the worst I have ever been treated by a company. If I could I would give them 0 stars. read more

Art and Jacob went above and beyond to find a fix for my 2003 car. The instrument panel went totally dead one morning so I took it in to Ocoee Tire. They quickly determined that the module that drives the instrument panel had fried and contacted Ford for a replacement. After promising a part for a couple days Ford finally said that the car was too old and they did not stock the module any longer. Art and Jacob sent a message to every Ford dealer in Florida to see if there was one still in stock. Meantime, they executed Plan B which was to contact a person that rebuilds the modules and readied Plan C which was getting one from a junkyard. All this got done in 4 business days with no extra charge for all their calls and internet searching. The car is older but only has 58,000 miles so it is still useful. I first was taken to this business, when my SUV died on the highway, as they are AAA recommended garage. The service was great, they are very knowledgeable, and the price is very fair. Also, you can get in almost right away. That day, or the next. They keep you informed about what the issue is, and cost. For example, my air-conditioning system on my Honda died. In the year that my car was built, the compressor would break apart and the whole system needed to be replaced. They saved me two thousand dollars from the dealer cost. That's just one example. I was ready to sell the car, but was convinced to keep it by Jacob, I am glad that I did. With the new repairs on the car, by them, it is like new. So, now, I think that I will keep for a few more years. Its 13 years old. They tell me I should get 300,000 miles easily. Thank you Art and Jacob. we broke down on the highway on the way to Disney & had to have it towed to the nearest AAA station & they were it. Car needed a water pump. knew it would be a big job bc of the location of the water pump on this car. they said the job would cost $1700. 2 days later it started overheating & now it needed a new radiator....another $300.had them fix both & now only 48k miles later, the car needs both of these AGAIN! it was bad enough we got ripped bc of the emergency situation that they took advantage of,but to make matters worse, both of these parts broke & now they have to be replaced! i think this place took advantage of the situation! the 2 old people that own it should retire! if i could give this review no stars,i would read more
