On Tuesday I was given the info to contact New Start Towing on Tuesday morning at 8am. Spoke with a rep and he stated that they had been called and text me on Tuesday evening to confirm pickup time. My call logs didn't state that and they didn't leave a message nor text me. The person who I spoke with told me to call Frank so he can schedule a time to pickup my vehicle that day. I called Frank and he told me that he could pick my vehicle up on Wednesday at 5. I explained him that the rep said he could pickup today. Frank said he told you take? I said yes. Then he said that it would have to be Wednesday at 5pm. I agreed. Now it's Wednesday @ 5:31pm. I haven't heard anything from the towing company. I called the main number spoke with rep and he had Frank call me. He said his truck broke down and he's waiting on someone to come fix it. I stated that it would have been nice if he had call to update what was going on. I asked are you gonna still be able to come once the vehicle is fixed or do you need come in the morning. He told me he will call me back. I sent text at 9:23 pm asking will is he going to come in the morning? Now it's 9:41pm. No call no text or nothing. Text shows he read the message. At 7:05 am I sent text to rep I spoke with explained what occurred and he said that Frank would call me back. Rep texted Blessings Frank has you scheduled. Frank called at 7:15 am. I asked him if he would be able to come this morning due to the truck breaking down. He said if someone cancel he will be there this morning. I said what if you don't get a cancellation will be able to come? He said yes so I asked what time he couldn't give me a time. Then he got frustrated and said what is wrong with the vehicle. I told him that a company was buying the vehicle. I also told him that someone who works for The Code Enforcement live in my neighborhood and the vehicle doesn't have a tag. He then ask me can the car be driven ? I said yes. I asked again what time today can you pickup the vehicle? He got frustrated, caught an attitude and said he will call me back. I contacted Copart and tell them I don't trust the towing company. I explained what was going on. I asked can they schedule another towing company? They if they reschedule the towing the price will drop. They contacted the New Start Towing company and they cancelled the tow. Copart told me to reschedule the price will drop $210. I text the rep and told them I was going to leave a yelp review on they business. He text back and said Verry sorry things didn't work out. God's in control. I told him don't put God in this. If God was in control you would have handled your business in decent order. I also told him to stop playing with God. Very disappointed I would never refer anyone to them nor Cash for Cars.

We hit a huge pothole in the middle of the highway on Epcot Center Drive, causing our tire to…read moreexplode. We had a full vehicle of people on the side of a busy highway. We filed a AAA claim to get assistance and also called the police. Within minutes, Nate F. called us to first see if we were okay and confirm our location. We]called the police due to our location on the highway being extremely unsafe and no space to change the tire. The officer arrived and then left us! We couldn't believe he wasn't going to keep his lights on to not only protect us from getting hit by oncoming traffic but also prevent other drivers from hitting the same pothole. Within minutes, Nate arrived, immediately had his flashing lights on, and started diverting traffic to keep everyone in the safest position possible, given the situation.
