Was having a terrible day after two Roadside Assistance guys could not help me today and five hours of sitting on the side of the road. Tucky from AATR finally came to the rescue. I got stuck on the side of the highway in a very unsafe area around 4am. Luis made sure to find me even though I couldn't give an exact address. Very professional, a very nice man he takes pride in his job and made sure I was safe once we unloaded my car to its towing destination. AATR contacted me promptly find what the problem was and gave an arrival estimate, as it turned out the tow truck operator arrived early. Highly Recommend Them! I was on I-4 heading home from work a little after midnight when my car broke down. My insurance company calls them for a tow; they arrive within 5 minutes after the call. The driver was absolutely professional, quick, but friendly and down to earth. After dropping my car off, the driver had offered me to drop me off at a safer location since the area wasn't well lit. I decided to walk to a fast-food restaurant a couple stores down to wait for my ride; thereafter, the driver had driven by the restaurant and gave a quick honked after I have arrived to let me know that he was still around just in case. The driver, Sergio, was the only good part of my experience. He was very professional and kind. The lead, Ben, who I spoke with on the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional and actually hung up on me. I was also given an update regarding someone else's vehicle and was then told that it was not mine. I was also told that the employee "didn't have time to help me." I suggest training your employees to not give out information to the incorrect customer and training them to treat their customers more kindly. I found myself in an automotive pickle, which I suppose is what brings most people to require a tow. I was picked up by a gentleman named Matt, and truly he was a gentleman. Kind, courteous, professional; we had a great conversation in what would have otherwise been an awkward drive to my dealership. He offered me a cold bottle of water because the air conditioning was acting up, and refused reimbursement or a tip for the gesture after drop off. When my daughter wrecked her car our insurance company contracted AATR to come and tow it to our house while we made the decision what to do with it. Santana arrived at the scene of the accident and was awesome. He was so kind and handled the tow perfectly. A week later we decided to have it towed away to the auction and of course I didn't hesitate to call AATR again to handle the job. Alec showed up and again we received awesome service. Terrible! Staff would not let my son collect belongings from his wife's car after an accident, told him she had to come in herself. She is in the trauma center with a broken back! So they told my son to get a power of attorney, which he did. When he returned, the owner would still not let him remove their belongings from the car. The police had to be called, and they escorted my son to the vehicle. The owner was so mad he made a trespassing claim against my son! Something is not right with this company.
