    Great service, they will go above and beyond for you without even asking. Car looks brand new after the job.

    Don't ever visit this place if you want to avoid paying premium prices for poor service and long waits. I had a terrible experience getting my Tesla Model Y repaired there. Their same-day appointments drew me in initially as Tesla would've taken 3 weeks to see my car, and they give us a 15 days estimated delivery. DO NOT Believe them, it took me 40 days after constant contacting them. 1) Overcharging - The shop billed me a whopping $13k, and I got an estimate from Tesla at ONLY $8,000 a few days later, this shop refused to adjust their price and work with the insurance company. - There is $40 mandatory fee ($15 for plastic, $25 for labor) for covering the seat with plastic to prevent it from getting dirty. (Yes, you have to pay them to not getting your car dirty). - A further $210 was charged without my authorization for a seat belt check. - $75 (Labor Hour) to read the manual on how to fix the car. - $ 75 (Labor Hour) to wash my car - They will bill you $500 if you decide take your car back and go with other shops. - On top of that, they still did not fix the mudflap area. 2) Delays, Delays and Delays and poor commutation Their original estimated delivery was 15 days on the receipt, thats why we did not take it to Telsa, but they consistently delayed the process, my husband had to call every few days to push them to do their job and work with the insurance company. It took us 40 Days to get the car back, can't imagine how many days it will take, probably another 15 days if you don't push them. 3) Customer Service When we go get the car, we asked for a detail receipt, and the Manage Stephen refused to provide, and obviously he had no clue what to do and handle the situation, he showed zero passion and empathy, and willingness to help. I could tell how much he loves his job, and of course he closed his office door and window, refused to communicate. I felt disrespected and it was shocking to me to receive this kind of service from a manager, other then that, to be fair, the front staffs are nice and friendly.

    Do yourself a favor and just wait for your Tesla appointment. This place runs one of the most fantastic Luxury bait-and-switch schemes I've ever seen The shop initially attracted me due to its prompt availability, in contrast to Tesla's five-week wait. Despite their 15-day repair estimate, the reality was far longer due to issues with insurance communication and other delays. A miscommunication with the insurance company, caused by shop advisor Rosa's refusal to use their preferred system, led to an unnecessary ten-day delay in repair approval. Even after the manager assured he'd negotiate with the insurance, my car remained held hostage until the end of the repair due to the unresolved payment with the insurance company. Throughout, I found myself in the role of an unpaid project manager. The shop's updates were often vague and insufficient. When I attempted to obtain the bill to explore other repair options, my efforts were met with resistance. Convinced by manager Steve to stick with the shop's repair process, I later discovered Tesla's nearly identical repair estimate was $5,000 cheaper. Surprise additional charges emerged, such as a $300 seatbelt check, despite my previous requests for the full bill. Communication errors regarding parts' delivery dates further added to the confusion. When repairs finally began, they refused to provide a completion estimate, leaving me scrambling and unable to make arrangements for a car rental. Adding to the inconvenience, they informed me they might not be able to scan the car and might have to send it back to Tesla. Meanwhile, the shop was charging $210 an hour for scanning. Transparency was evidently lacking, with further charges for reading the repair instructions and test-driving my car, which you'd expect to be included in the labor costs. I was also charged for trivial tasks such as car wash and placing plastic bags on seats. Despite numerous conversations, Steve, the manager, focused on justifying the shop's actions rather than understanding my concerns. He instead deflected to insurance company CEOs' high salaries, a topic irrelevant to my situation. When the repair was finally complete, they held my car hostage for three days, unable to sort out the payment with the insurance company. This shop's lack of customer focus, inflated costs, and poor communication made for a stressful experience. In retrospect, appointments at other Tesla Body Shops would have been less hassle and more cost-effective. This full review highlights this repair shop's lack of transparency, excessive costs, and poor customer service. The saga ended with my car being held hostage, leaving me frustrated and disappointed.     Alright so I waited for about a week and half before I wrote my review. I was here as I was involved in a car accident due to a Geico Customer, which this center is one of their Geico Auto Express Collision Center. I was told I can select another center but this place had great reviews on another platform (starts with a G :p) and not on Yelp. I went ahead and proceeded to get my car fixed here, and I deem this place at 3 stars. If I could, 3.5 stars. Right of the bat, I loved that the place was very modern with its aesthetics of the building. I was greeted instantly and the staff was very nice! Jason, the adjuster and employee at the center was attentive and customer service savvy from A to Z. He really was concerned and helpful the whole time! I really appreciate that he was helping me out while I was stressed out and what not with used/recycled OEM parts. Reason for the three stars is because I'm reflecting on it if I were paying out of pocket. When I got my car back, I checked everything to make nothing was broken or damaged. Of course, my left head light was not working and I brought it to their attention. They "fixed" it but the signals weren't working either so they had to take it back once again. Before I brought up the issue, I noticed how dirty my driver side floor rug was. It's like someone went riding on a bull and drove my car afterwards. I noticed several black mechanic like stains around my car (my car color is silver). While I waited, another customer complained by stains in her car and how dirty it was, too. Jason went out and cleaned it up for her. When I got my car back, I noticed they also vacuumed my car lol. It took roughly an hour and half while I waited in their nice waiting/lobby area. They have coffee and bottled water for customers so that was cool! And they have a large flat screen tv with comfy chairs. I have a lifetime warranty so that's pretty neat and they honestly did a great job! There is no off coloring whatsoever between my new bumper and existing old paint. I am very happy with the outcome and I hope nothing wrong turns up, but knowing Jason is there and a life time warranty is there, I'm good.

Everyone at the office was very friendly and helpful. The whole process was easy, quick in and out no time. They do offer car rental assistance if needed. Top it off, they wash and cleaned out the car inside and out. I am extremely happy and of good forbid I need them again, I will 10000000000% be using them! I can't suggest them enough! I brought in my 2024 RAV4 for a minor repair after someone opened their door into bumper. During the repair process, my Toyota Connect app alerted me to an issue with the Pre-Collision System. When I was notified via text that my vehicle was ready for pickup, the alert was still active. I called to speak with my case manager, Bill, who was dismissive and simply said he would "double check it first thing in the morning." The next morning, I received no follow-up and had to reach out again for an update. Bill then transferred me to the manager, who was equally dismissive and even told me he disables all the technology in his own vehicles because he doesn't trust it. Essentially, I was told to ignore the alert because "everything checks out." Unsatisfied, I contacted Winter Park Toyota, where a very helpful representative helped me remove and re-add my vehicle to the Toyota Connect app -- the error still persists. I'm now working with the insurance company to try and get coverage for a second repair at the Toyota dealership.

Most recently Timothy repaired damage on my mom's 2015 BMW Z4, including the passenger side rocker panel and front bumper area. The car came back looking absolutely brand new. The attention to detail, paint match, body lines, and finish quality were excellent. You honestly cannot tell the vehicle was ever damaged. Timothy clearly takes pride in his work and did the repair correctly instead of rushing through it. What impressed me even more was the professionalism. This was a mobile repair at the house, and right before he arrived a large tree removal crew showed up next door with lifts, equipment, noise, and workers all around the driveway area where he was supposed to work. Instead of complaining or getting flustered, he calmly worked through the distraction, stayed focused, and still completed the project on schedule with excellent results. My mom is 90 and still enjoys driving her BMW Z4, so let's just say it's good to have someone trustworthy like this in the Rolodex when life happens. Fair pricing, quality workmanship, convenience, and professionalism are getting harder to find these days. This was our second time using C.A.R.S., and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing bodywork or paint repair. Five stars well deserved.

I got a used 2018 Dodge Challenger with minor scratches and paint chips on the bumper. Thought I could fix it myself but totally botched it. So I cleared up my horrible paint job and gave into bringing it to a professional. After some research, Dentco was one of the shops I brought it to for an estimate. Greg's words were "It'll look new as if nothing have ever happened." And I'm happy to say he did just that with my car. He did the paint repair and even buffed out the hood from the clear coat residue from my hack job at no extra cost. Greg has been very helpful, communicated very well to get my car in and didn't take long at all to get the job done. I highly recommend Dentco and will definitely be back for any future repairs! Luckily I found this company on yelp, Greg helped me very much. He squeezed me in and got the dent out at a reasonable price. Thank goodness I didn't have to put a claim in at the car rental company, that would have been a nightmare. It was a bad dent in a few different places. I also heard that the rental companies can charge you for "lost time" while they repair the rental. Other than using Uber for a day it was much less of an inconvenience than going to the insurance company and putting in a claim at 1000.00 deductible. Great job Greg! Thanks again!
