Do not take your car anywhere else!!! I took my Accord to Precision for a very straightforward repair. The team had to remove the drivers side rear fender which had previously been repaired. Heidi, the owner called me to let me know that the work on that side was not done correctly. I panicked and thought I would have to call a lawyer but Heidi called and encouraged the other shop to pay to fix their mistake. It took a little longer to finish but I am so grateful to Heidi and her team. Heidi didn't have to go the extra mile, for me, but she did and I am forever grateful!!!!!!! read more

They are personable but don't stand by their work. The job was super expensive but shoddy. They replaced the whole bumper after a minor tap and it popped out. Turns out it was held by a small plastic piece ( automakers fault) but kept insisting " I must have hit something" when I didn't. Because it's almost impossible to get away daytime to start over with someone else I paid again. However I came out feeling I was ripped off, big time. Plastic soddering was done but does not work. I found Precision Collision & Restoration thru research after driving into SEVERAL so-called Collision Repair Shops and being told I needed to make an appointment. No one waiting, no-one even in the business and without moving; just said you need to make an appointment. I did use the option to email photo's to Heidi thru the web site, which she followed up within 24 hrs. with an estimate. I drove to the facility (amazing) Heidi went over the vehicle, made some suggestions and I could not be happier. Upon referral from our dealership and after reading reviews for precision collision, we decided to take our brand new car in for repair. There was a ding that magically appeared on my trunk that required cosmetic repair. Not only was the job done in the time promised, they offered to open the shop on their day off so that we could pick up the car, at our convenience, when it was done. The repair was as good as new and I couldn't be happier. We were so satisfied with the job that we had another repair done on our other vehicle. Although we had a minor issue with the second car, they never hesitated in telling me to bring the car back in and fixed the issue without question. I cannot speak highly enough about this business, and I am admittedly a very high maintenance customer. My 2015 Volvo XC60 was rear ended and Precision made the entire process a breeze. Precision's estimate was immediately approved by the insurance company and I was able to drop off the car shortly thereafter. Precision's estimated time for the repair was dead on. Additionally, rental car arrangements were hassle free. The rental car company picked me up at their shop and when my car was finished, I was able to drop off my rental car at the Precision shop. As an added bonus, Precision washed and vacuumed my car, which made the perfection of the repairs that much more apparent. :) I agree with Christie's review. Heidi went the extra mile to get it all right and was quick to respond whenever I had a question. I hope to never have to repair my car again, but if I need to, I know where to go. read more

This auto body repair shop has surpassed expectations each time I've gone there (yes, Orlando drivers have given me several occasions to use a body shop unfortunately). Each time I go, I feel like they treat me like a friend. Never overcharging, offering fair pricing that is communicated up front and they have never recommended any work to be done for me that was not needed. In fact, they have advised some work as being unnecessary, which shocked me but made me trust them even more. I referred my boyfriend here too and he had an equally great experience. I can't say enough about how much I like this place and respect their opinion as being trustworthy. In fact I popped in just today to ask a question about my Volvo (how to get a new key made) since I knew they were an authorized repair shop. She gave good advice (that my 2017 will need to go to the dealer) and said "I'm sorry, I know that's probably not what you want to hear... but it was nice to see you." I've had body work done here, and brought in cars that I've considered for purchase, and every time I deal with them, they have treated me fairly.
