Everyone who works there is personable and professional, and they did great work on my car, returning it both times as good as new. Anything dealing with car repairs is always such a huge pain and huge source of anxiety but M & M sets themselves apart by leaps and bounds. From the front window staff that was helpful and easy to reach and gave me no trouble when I needed to reschedule, to the people who actually repaired my car. The drop off process included dropping my car off and getting me in my rental and was in and out in about 20 minutes. I was given an estimate of when my car would be ready and it was ready on that exact date! Whenever I called with questions, the staff was highly responsive, friendly, and helpful. I didn't get the run around or any attitudes. I hope to not need auto body repairs again but if I do, I'll be happy to come back to M&M. read more

After taking my car for an estimate at 10 am since they told me they only work by appointment, my contact info was double-checked and I was told that I would get an email later in the afternoon with the price of the repairs. I never heard from the woman who took the pictures so I called back 6 days later and she answered '' I am working on it today". I have yet to hear from her after that. I am getting the car fixed and painted by another company who in 15 minutes gave me a printed price with the breakdown of the cost of the body labor, paint labor, paint supplies, and parts. The job is at least $3,000.00 So I don't get why I was ignored especially since I am paying to get the job done and they don't have to deal with an insurance company. read more

They made my first time dealing with this so easy and smooth. I thank them so much. They were on point. This body shop was suggest by my insurance company to repair damage to my brand new car that someone backed into. From day one the customer service was exceptional. There has been no doubt that they truly care about the customer and the vehicle. They could clearly see I was upset by having a three month old car in the shop already. My husband was involved in an accident on Memorial Day May 30, 2016 and we filed a claim that same day. Despite the length of time it took to actually get his vehicle to a body shop for repair is a separate issue. We brought the vehicle to this place on June 20, 2016 because it was an approved vendor from his insurance company. After the estimate was approved by the insurance company, repairs began June 21, 2016. It is now July 28, 2016 and we still haven't received his vehicle back. Our insurance company, like most, only cover 30 days of rental reimbursement. We have been without his vehicle for two months now, and one month without a vehicle since repairs have started. I have never experienced this level of frustration with repairing a vehicle in my life and we have two little kids and two separate jobs to juggle without a vehicle. What a nightmare. When we call to get an update, we get the same news, the vehicle is undergoing inspection and we'll call when it's done. They never call. We always have to call for an update. They can't and won't give us an estimated date or time when the vehicle will be repaired. How many inspections does it have to go through before they figure out what's going on? I believe this is the third inspection to date and it seems that the person doing the inspections isn't very thorough if it's taken three times to find out the extent of damages. Wouldn't the vehicle be totaled if it was this complicated and took this long to finish the repair vehicle? The last phone call we made was yesterday and they hung up on us. We have filed a compliant with the Department of Agriculture. They will be reaching out to the business within the next 30 days to resolve this dispute. I can't believe it's came to this. read more

After my car was rear ended, I was already stressed enough as it was. Getting my car fixed well and quickly was just icing on the cake. Luckily, M&M was everything I could've hoped for. They went the extra mile, too and made sure to fix things I hadn't even noticed were wrong! Most importantly, they kept me up to date on everything they were doing which I really appreciated. I had the unfortunate luck to run into something while driving, and while I was not injured (and the guard rail was just fine), my poor little car got a fat lip. After wrangling with my insurance company, they sent me a list of car repair shops in my area, and I chose M&M after reading a few reviews. I was not disappointed. My car was ready before they promised, and they even cleaned the car and got out all the scratches. Their employees are all very professional and helpful. My windshield wipers had to be reset after my car was repaired and I had driven it for a few days, and they had me come in same-day and reset them in a few minutes while I waited. read more

The worst experience ever. No communication. You have to call them to get an update. They never have a real answer. They did no such courtesy for the two time they postponed my pick up date, which they did last minute. I gave my car with a full tank of gas and got it back with a quarter tank. Of course, no one ever wants to be in the situation of having a busted car, but working with these guys makes it not suck as quite as much. First and foremost - the staff are wonderful. They are super friendly, very accommodating, reliable, honest, and fair. Since my car was not drivable, I decided to use the body shop nearest me which was M&M Collision.
