Please have patience with pick up and drop off times, because Orlando area traffic is truly horrible. 5- To elaborate on value, I believe the price was reasonable. Painting your entire car is at least $3000 for a good paint job, so a roof is worth a reasonable percentage of that price. 6- They are trying hard to please their customers. LBJ took all that stress off my shoulders from the moment I walked in. Their communication was clear, their timeline was honest, and the quality of their work is unreal. When I picked up my truck, it looked better than before the incident -- the paint match is flawless, the body lines are perfect, and you'd never know anything happened. They treated my truck with real care and treated me with real respect. Professional, meticulous, and genuinely good people. If you want your vehicle repaired the right way, this is the place. I'd trust them with my truck again in a heartbeat.

Most recently Timothy repaired damage on my mom's 2015 BMW Z4, including the passenger side rocker panel and front bumper area. The car came back looking absolutely brand new. The attention to detail, paint match, body lines, and finish quality were excellent. You honestly cannot tell the vehicle was ever damaged. Timothy clearly takes pride in his work and did the repair correctly instead of rushing through it. What impressed me even more was the professionalism. This was a mobile repair at the house, and right before he arrived a large tree removal crew showed up next door with lifts, equipment, noise, and workers all around the driveway area where he was supposed to work. Instead of complaining or getting flustered, he calmly worked through the distraction, stayed focused, and still completed the project on schedule with excellent results. My mom is 90 and still enjoys driving her BMW Z4, so let's just say it's good to have someone trustworthy like this in the Rolodex when life happens. Fair pricing, quality workmanship, convenience, and professionalism are getting harder to find these days. This was our second time using C.A.R.S., and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing bodywork or paint repair. Five stars well deserved.

But clients should be aware that by going to your house you are missing on the improved quality that a proper shop environment would provide (improved tools, paint job and more materials), and this is not well communicated by Fender Menders. After the service, I called mentioning that it wasn't looking finished yet, I was told that I should, myself, wait for 3 weeks then wet sand the area then wax it. If this was mentioned prior to the service I would be fine, but it wasn't. I guess to summarize my feedback: * Over-communicate what is and what isn't included on the service. * Make sure people understand what they are missing out for not going to a proper body shop space. * I'd suggest doing a second visit for so that the sanding and waxing can be done properly and so that any missing imperfections can be fixed. I hope the service improves with this feedback.
