R&R has an excellent staff and does great work for the body work I needed from an insurance claim. They are the best communicators on work progress I have ever had with an auto repair shop and their repair was flawless. Their web portal for updates on the servicing was great and I never had a problem contacting a person directly. Unlike some of the other comments, AAA Insurance worked directly with them and I never had an issue on the processing. There was a delay of two days because of a delay in a part shipping, but who doesn't have that happen anymore. I will most definitely use them again. read more

This place is awful. They are sloppy and slow. They left my car covered in glue and broke the interior console. I have no idea why they were inside my car. When I picked it up, a week late, the invoice was more than double the estimate, and the door handle was covered in glue. I would avoid this place, take your business eslewhere. read more

First time my grandson was involved in an accident.... His car is dear to his heart, as he received it as a gift from his grandfather before he passed. The physical appearance of the car after the accident was stellar and he only needed a new hood. After working with the Insurance company, he was advised to take his car the Classic Collision for repairs. He left his car and received no follow-up for 1 week. He called and was then informed his car was totaled by the insurance company which was not the original case. He was completely shocked as he had been driving his car for weeks. He then decided to retrieve his car to seek another estimate. Upon arriving at Classic Collision, to his dismay, the vehicle had been disassembled (the front-end grill, side panels and hood removed, and open to the environment). After he expressed, he would like to keep his vehicle for sentimental reasons and to seek alternate estimates, Classic Collision informed him he would have to pay an unreasonable reassembly fee. In working with this company, my grandson received no communication or status updates. THERE was no follow-up regarding progress or estimate for pickup, the front desk receptionist had no answers and the practices seemed to be biased as well. After we worked it out with the insurance company, we had to pay the fee and my grandson car was returned to him in the worst condition... Classic Collision duct taped the grill and bumper panels, poorly reassembled the hood and exposed the vehicle to the rain in their care. We are exploring if we can take further action. Please be advised, this is really unfortunate for my grandson to be taken advantage of as he is really respectable and mild mannered. Classic Collision you should be ashamed. Be Aware Consumers... Brought in our old girl for rear bumper replacement. It was difficult and expensive to find such a bumper...given that - I would only trust the best...and that is John O'Hara and the guys at R&R Carstar. They really dedicated themselves to ensuring the best finished product in spite of a few challenges along the way. Done in reasonable time. Very happy. ***Caution*** They over promise and under deliver. They've had my truck for three weeks. Not once have I received a call from them updating me on any type of progress, or lack there of in their case. I've been quoted two dates that my truck would be ready for pick up, neither have happened. The third time they've said, "Your truck will be ready EITHER Wed or Thurs." Really? That's how you run your business? I've been told many excuses, from "We're very busy", to "My shop is short handed", to the best, "These insurance companies keep sending me cars to repair." I am only 21 years old, this was my first time ever being involved in an accident, and was not at fault. Unfortunately I could not have chosen a worse company to help me go through the process of getting repairs done and dealing with insurance. The insurance company that I was filing with changed in-between when I got the estimate done and when I brought the car in to get repairs. When I dropped the car off I clearly told them the situation and that things had changed. When I picked the car up, I paid the wrong amount because they had not performed any of the necessary paperwork and filed with the wrong insurance company. I've never done this whole process before and assumed that they had down their job correctly. When I later came to realize this and I went back to try and fix things and they were extremely rude to me, blamed me for the issue, and then refused to help me get the money where it was supposed to go. The woman who runs the financial side of things was particularly unpleasant and was bent on blaming me and making me feel bad about myself. They were clearly more concerned with themselves than with the customer. If they had put the extra effort in to help me right the wrong with insurance this may have been a 4 or 5 star review but the customer service was so overwhelmingly rude. Hopefully this review helps anyone like me who is new or gets confused on the process of insurance. read more
