They correctly identified all the areas that needed to be worked on, answered all of my questions ranging from car parts to insurance, we're always prompt, and I was always able to get ahold of them through the phone. Matt and Arsenio went above and beyond with service and their thoroughness. Not only was my car fixed of any debris casualties, little scratches were buffed out on the car, the inside was vacuumed to ensure no debris from the repair was leftover, but they also made sure to keep me updated on the status of my car and when it would be available for pick up. My car had to be in the shop during Hurricane Milton but they took great care of it and Matt was able to schedule parts and pick-up so that I could get my car back as soon as I could. The cherry on top: I asked for quotes without insurance involvement at all 4 body shops and Gerber was still the cheapest. I would highly recommend coming in to see Matt at Gerber Collision & Glass if you need a quote and any repairs done.

After coming to McRoberts to try and get the issue taken care of, I was told only 1 tire would be replaced under recall. When voicing my concern about putting 1 new tire with 3 used, Hatch, the owner, said he understands my concern but unless the other tires showed any signs of manufacture issues or defects, that he would not replace them. He never even checked. I even offered to pay for a prorated set as per the Nitto manufacturer, which Hatch the owner refused to do. It should be noted that he did not inspect the 3 other tires on my truck. This has been a nightmare that has now fallen on the consumers shoulders. I buy a set of tires from a Robert's Tire and then they tell me to kick rocks when it comes time to make things right. Do better Hatch, even when telling him that I rotate my tires every 5,000 miles, he tells me " good for you". Here I am with an issue and Hatch, the Owner, wants to be condescending and sarcastic. I wish I would have never found this place.

Shop called at 2:49 and said the car could be picked up at 4:00. Then they tell me have to have cashiers check to pick it up. Just a pain to do business with. STAY AWAY My advice.
