The work they did was fantastic! My car is like new. Then, a few days later, I started having a problem with a piece of plastic dragging on the ground. I took it back to them and they fixed it while I waited. It took about 20 minutes. They did this even thought they probably knew it wasn't the result of their work, but a common problem with Nissan Versas. They had me back on the road before my lunch break was half-over. If this was mentioned prior to the service I would be fine, but it wasn't. I guess to summarize my feedback: * Over-communicate what is and what isn't included on the service. * Make sure people understand what they are missing out for not going to a proper body shop space. * I'd suggest doing a second visit for so that the sanding and waxing can be done properly and so that any missing imperfections can be fixed. Timothy clearly takes pride in his work and did the repair correctly instead of rushing through it. What impressed me even more was the professionalism. This was a mobile repair at the house, and right before he arrived a large tree removal crew showed up next door with lifts, equipment, noise, and workers all around the driveway area where he was supposed to work. Instead of complaining or getting flustered, he calmly worked through the distraction, stayed focused, and still completed the project on schedule with excellent results. My mom is 90 and still enjoys driving her BMW Z4, so let's just say it's good to have someone trustworthy like this in the Rolodex when life happens. Not only was my car fixed of any debris casualties, little scratches were buffed out on the car, the inside was vacuumed to ensure no debris from the repair was leftover, but they also made sure to keep me updated on the status of my car and when it would be available for pick up. My car had to be in the shop during Hurricane Milton but they took great care of it and Matt was able to schedule parts and pick-up so that I could get my car back as soon as I could.
