LBJ took all that stress off my shoulders from the moment I walked in. Their communication was clear, their timeline was honest, and the quality of their work is unreal. When I picked up my truck, it looked better than before the incident -- the paint match is flawless, the body lines are perfect, and you'd never know anything happened. They treated my truck with real care and treated me with real respect. Professional, meticulous, and genuinely good people. If you want your vehicle repaired the right way, this is the place. I'd trust them with my truck again in a heartbeat.

Please have patience with pick up and drop off times, because Orlando area traffic is truly horrible. 5- To elaborate on value, I believe the price was reasonable. Painting your entire car is at least $3000 for a good paint job, so a roof is worth a reasonable percentage of that price. 6- They are trying hard to please their customers. But clients should be aware that by going to your house you are missing on the improved quality that a proper shop environment would provide (improved tools, paint job and more materials), and this is not well communicated by Fender Menders. After the service, I called mentioning that it wasn't looking finished yet, I was told that I should, myself, wait for 3 weeks then wet sand the area then wax it. If this was mentioned prior to the service I would be fine, but it wasn't. I guess to summarize my feedback: * Over-communicate what is and what isn't included on the service. * Make sure people understand what they are missing out for not going to a proper body shop space. * I'd suggest doing a second visit for so that the sanding and waxing can be done properly and so that any missing imperfections can be fixed. I hope the service improves with this feedback.

They correctly identified all the areas that needed to be worked on, answered all of my questions ranging from car parts to insurance, we're always prompt, and I was always able to get ahold of them through the phone. Matt and Arsenio went above and beyond with service and their thoroughness. Not only was my car fixed of any debris casualties, little scratches were buffed out on the car, the inside was vacuumed to ensure no debris from the repair was leftover, but they also made sure to keep me updated on the status of my car and when it would be available for pick up. My car had to be in the shop during Hurricane Milton but they took great care of it and Matt was able to schedule parts and pick-up so that I could get my car back as soon as I could. The cherry on top: I asked for quotes without insurance involvement at all 4 body shops and Gerber was still the cheapest. I would highly recommend coming in to see Matt at Gerber Collision & Glass if you need a quote and any repairs done.
