I did not feel like a valued customer with this company, and I would not recommend this company to anyone. There were too many handoffs and a lack of communication throughout the whole process, and my vehicle was still not ready when they called and told me that it was ready. I initially made an appointment with Andrew Taylor in May, and he was the one that took pics and discussed everything with the insurance company and me. Andrew told me he could not do the repairs until August 8th, which we agreed. On the day of my appointment, I was told David would be working on my Jeep and not Andrew, with no explanation. Brennan Bodywork had my Jeep for almost a month, which they did additional repairs and was paid for it by the insurance company. David called me on Friday (9/2) at 12:15 pm and said my Jeep was ready. I arrived at the shop, and my Jeep was still not prepared; the work that they got paid extra to do was not done because there were scratches still on the mirror, and there was a piece still missing from the Jeep. In addition to my Jeep not being ready, Nicole, the receptionist, kept asking me for the remaining total for my Jeep and did not let me or the auto technician inspect or discuss any details about the repair, which I had to insist on an inspection. After the inspection that's when I noticed that the repairs were still not done. I spoke to David about leaving the Jeep at the shop until all the repairs were completed, and he agreed and said that's fine and he'll get it done, and it won't be any additional costs. Nicole, the receptionist, Insisted on David and asked if he was sure about not getting more money from the insurance company. Once again, this is for repairs that were already paid for by the insurance company. I felt very disrespected at that moment when Nicole turned and asked David, the body technician in front of me if he was sure about not charging more to fix the vehicle as if I was not standing there. Nicole spoke to David as if I was not there and insisted on reaching out to the insurance company for more money on repairs that were not done. David was apologetic and made sure he fixed the problem, but I should not have to go through this with a place of business. Nicole is unprofessional and does not value customer service. There was a lack of respect and accountability towards me, and it gives a bad look on the business hence why I will not be recommending Brennnan's Bodywork to anyone who is in need of auto body repair. read more

I gave them my Audi S5 6 months ago. George communicated as good as I could have expected given the delay in getting parts. We are in different times and getting parts is not easy. It is a 2018 Audi s5 that was paid off and has 30k miles. He was able to get some of the curb rash off the wheel which was my fault. The car was T-boned and the work wasn't easy. I stayed patient and they knocked it out of the park. We got the car back today and was off the hook. If you want some bondo and a cheap job this probably isn't your shop. If you want a high end car to come back perfect and have a little patience doe that level of work this is your place. read more

(copied from my Google review, because I ended up writing a novel ;) ) Short story: I am a very difficult customer for a body shop. I have done body work in the past at one of my jobs, so I am very particular about how the work is done, and I know what I am looking for in good body work, and good paint work. Brennan met my exceptionally high expectations, which is truly glowing praise. Long story: My Audi RS6 was rear ended by a jerk in a Tacoma. I love this car with a deep burning passion (if you know the RS6, you would know why), so I was crestfallen. Not to mention, they only brought about 1000 of these cars to the US EVER, so I knew it would be hard to find parts for. I called my buddy who worked at Audi in the parts department for like 15 years, and asked where to take my baby to get her fixed properly. Without hesitation, he said "Go to Brennan, talk to Dan, tell him I sent you." So I did just that! Dan and Rob walked me through the whole process, and I had a lot of questions! Most customers don't have a strong opinion as to whether a panel should be pulled on the straightening machine, or have the spot welds drilled, and the panel replaced, but these are details I care about. I had two primary concerns: 1) Panel gaps and the straightening of her tushy, and 2) paint matching a 16 year old black pearl paint. Pearl is a mother to match, as the metallic flakes can lay different ways depending on the heat, humidity, and all sorts of variables. I really liked that their intake sheet had a check list for the priorities you had (speed of repair, paint matching, etc..) I didn't care how long it took, as long as my two objectives listed above were met. Every time I asked a question, Dan (or Rob) answered it in an in-depth way, which really reassured me. The repair was completed when they said it would be, despite a bit of a delay in finding the correct trunk lid. I had a few weird special requests ("Hey, can I keep the original badge?"), and they took care of all of my special requests. The customer service was excellent, and the quality of the work was impeccable. I have a better than average eye for paint work and body work, but my detail guy of many years (Michael with Zen Auto Detail) was the true authority. I scheduled him to come over like an hour after I picked up my baby ;). If it met his standards, I knew I was great. (He has a knack for seeing things I can't even see, but that's what a good detail person does!) Michael was my external consultant through the process, and he has seen body shops do crap work more often than great work, so he was apprehensive. When he said it was good, I knew it was great. I had a pretty nasty front end collision with my Subaru Tribeca. Rather than let the insurance company pick their shop, I had a recommendation to go to Brennan's. It did take longer than expected (42 days all in all, hence why docked a star), but the work was superb. If I had to do it all over again, I would still go with Brennan's. read more

The Work is amazing. I seem to be an accident magnet as of the last 2 years...people keep hitting me! (stop texting and driving people!) the only Positive that has come from the situations of having one Porsche totaled and one hit 2x within a year, is that Dan, George, & the whole crew at Brennan's have treated me with the kid gloves and respect that I needed in these very emotional situations. Not only were they Superb in the people skills department dealing with my emotional reactions, but they Handled Everything for me with the insurance companies, and didn't allow anyone to talk them into anything other than the best for my repairs in all cases! You cannot tell where my car has been damaged. I now go in for washes as they are even amazing at that!! They work with my schedules, they work with all insurances, I recommend them to friends who are all very happy with the results, They even come highly recommended by my dealership. Look else where. Dayas Custom Automotive is another Audi certified shop that actually communicate better. I don't know why this business is Audi Certified when they are backed up majority of the time. Not only that the communication here sucks and trying to get through to someone on the phone is a nightmare. Horrible horrible horrible!!!!!! Stay away from this place! I was referred by Audi and it was a nightmare. My car was rear ended and I had it repaired here. They had my car for an entire month and when I got my car back it was infested with ants!!! Hundreds and hundreds of ants!!!! They acted like it was my fault and I had to take time off of work to get all of this straightened out! Dealing with rental cars, ant traps and back and forth from their body shop to my house which is 45 minutes away!!! At the end of it all they didn't even put gas in my car for the inconvenience!!!!! Stay away from this place ! Update: to respond to the comment made by the company... the ants that have taken over my vehicle are infested due to the negligence of the body shop. The ants built a nest inside the cavity of the body of the car where the parts were removed while being repaired. There was NOT any food debris left in the the vehicle and NOT a single ant was in my car prior to it being repaired. In regards to the work that was done , yes the work was done properly and looked great... but you have to ask yourself if it's worth taking your vehicle here at the expense of having it be infested with bugs... I'm going to have to go with ... NO! And the manager told me this was only the 2nd time this has ever happened... 2 times too many if you ask me! When given an estimate for repairs, I was told the car would be ready in a week. The day before I was to pick the car up, I called Brennan to confirm that the car would be ready. It was then that they told me they had not even started on it and would need it for an additional week!! When I picked the car up the following week, all of the repairs that were quoted were not done. After some discussion they were to pick my car up at a designated time, repair it and return it the same day. Once again, I received a call 1 hour before the car was to be delivered to tell me it wasn't done. They did send a rental car (which was late); but then wanted me to pay for the gas for the rental car (were they going to fill my tank for the gas that it took to get the car to and from their shop??). Not one time did the owner, Dan Brennan, apologize to me for the inconvenience. The only apology that I received was from the girl in the office who Mr. Brennan sent to deal with me. They do good repair work (and you can expect to pay for it); but it is not worth the inconvenience & aggervation. read more

Horrible experience here. I had a very similar experience to what the other negative responders reported. I was referred by Audi. The estimate went well, but they could not take my car for a couple of weeks. When I brought it the day of the scheduled appt, they did not have it on their calendar. The work took 7 business days longer than quoted. When it was complete, I was not notified that it was done until 3:30 on a Friday, which wrecked my day having to make arrangements to get there to comply with my insurance in returning the rental car. I was not notified until AFTER I paid that some of the minor touch ups I had requested AND reminded them about on more than one occasion had not been done. My car had very minor damage and it took them 12 business days to do an incomplete job. I believe the owner was the one who was actually the rudest to me, waved me off & walked back inside. My car settings had been all messed with too & I have no idea what they did to my A/C, but the controls are all jacked up now. Do yourself a favor and do not give them your business. I feel taken advantage of as a female client & doubt that the owner would have been dismissive as he was with me if anyone else had been around. read more
