Went to Joe's because the cap to replace one of my headlights was stuck. I couldn't get it off and then when I took it to Tires Plus they couldn't get it off either. Joe helped me right away and was able to get it off in less than 5 minutes, and helped me replace the bulb that I had brought. I was trying to change my license plate on the back of my car but the right screw was rusted and stripped. I tried to get it out every way I could but nothing worked. I went to Joe's based upon the Yelp reviews of other users, and I was definitely not disappointed. My experience was phenomenal! I had a dent above a tire, along with a chip out of the paint and body. (The paint chipping happened as a result of trying to use a dent puller kit from Amazon...never again.) I went to get an estimate, which was about half the price I expected. So, off to a good start. I told the owner about how the paint got chipped, and she said to let her know the next time I just have a dent (hopefully never...knock on wood), because she knows a guy at Dent Wizard that is really good and would have saved me a LOT of money. So, she was super honest and helpful even when it may mean she'd lose out on some potential dent repair business. So, it continues tp be an even better experience. When doing the estimate, they noticed a tiny paint chip out of my bumper. They offered to paint that for free while they were fixing the larger issue. Bonus points there, because I wasn't even planning to worry about that. Then I go to schedule when I can get the work done. They said that I could leave my car that day, or anytime that week based on my schedule. Due to needing to use filler prior to painting they needed 3 days to complete the service, so it worked best with my schedule to drop it off later that week. Availability was great! At pick-up (on-time as scheduled), I can't tell that there was ever a dent or paint issue. It looked great! Plus, I could tell that they had also washed and waxed my car, she was gleaming like the first day I bought her. A+ service from incredibly great, honest people. I went here about 1.5 years ago for my first visit because of the Yelp reviews and my wife soon found out a couple people we know recommend them too. A high school student hit my wife's car and we were trying to get it fixed at a reasonable cost for them without going through insurance. There was about 1.5 feet total of ripped/scratched off paint. They had a much cheaper quote than Maaco. The job they did was perfect. You still can't see there was any paint damage. The latest job they did yesterday was really good. I had to pay out of pocket when somebody backed into me at a parking lot. I told them I wasn't looking for perfection because I was paying out of my own pocket and only wanted the bumper to realign with the body, reattach the backup sensor, and to have some paint touched up. You can still see something happened after the repair, but you really have to look to find it, which is exactly what I was hoping for. I'm really happy with the work on both jobs. If you're looking for a perfect repair or a small fix up, they can accommodate based on your budget. Thanks for getting our cars squared away! read more

Okay... I got the idiot award! I picked up my rental car from Orlando airport and was leaving the parking lot. Due to all of the COVID nonsense, they have the customers keep their windows closed and show their drivers license to the rental lot employee when exiting. So the idiot that I am, I proudly hold mine up against the drivers door window... and... my California drivers license slips from my hand and quickly slides down the window through the door panel and INSIDE the door. No more drivers license. Of course Budget Rental was no help. So here I am in Florida without any access to my drivers license! I drove to my kids house in Winter Gardens and decide to deal with the problem the following day. So I looked up body shops in Winter Gardens. And I noticed that Joe's Paint and Body has some great reviews. I called and spoke to a very friendly and professional lady who didn't call me an idiot (which I would have deserved) nor did she even laugh. She told me that they have had worse things happen that that and said they would be glad to help me. I told her I would be In the following morning and she told me to ask for her son Dillin. I arrived at 0830 hours and they were open on time. They hooked me up with Dillin who was very polite and professional. He said it wouldn't be a problem and he QUICKLY began working on removing the inner panel door. He made the entire process look easy. He had my drivers license in my hand within a few minutes and the door reassembled back in perfect working order. No harm no foul. And they did this all with a very very minimal fee. So minimal that I demanded that he accept a tip. Thank you Dillin!! I hope I spelled your name correctly. And thank you Joe's Paint and Body for not laughing at me or calling me an idiot. VERY unprofessional outfit that doesn't stand behind their work. Took a brand new, in the box, car hood to get painted. Doesn't get much easier than that. Charged me $1450, which wasn't mentioned until the final bill came around. You'd think for that price it would be perfect. Nope, I still had to take it back twice as the cut and buff was horrible with some trash in the paint. I thought the paint had been burned. Still wasn't right a third time and I just fixed it myself to avoid the hassle. Fast forward a few months and had some minor delamination of the coating due to poor paint prep. Instead of doing the right thing and standing behind the work, owner says "not his problem", and goes on about how much work it would take to fix it. Look at the non-specific 5-star reviews. Not sure where they came from, but if you don't want to get overcharged for massively substandard workmanship, then run from this place. read more

Joe prides himself on perfect paint match. I needed a faded fender resprayed. Took 2 weeks to get the car back. The Color was nowhere even close to original. It was actually laughable. There were also numerous sanding marks on the entire fender, which puzzled the heck out of me. I refused to pay for the Hack Job, citing I would have to get it repaired again elsewhere. He informed to leave the property immediately, which I gladly did. New Body Shop informed me that prep work on the Fender was not done correctly, thus the deep sanding marks and that the paint was thinned down, which caused the color difference. New Paint was done in 2 days, color matched perfectly. My new Body Shop Guy later informed me that they have to "redo" a lot of Joe's Paint and Body work and he loves it. read more

I'm giving them 4 stars and I'll tell you why... I just moved to the area and don't know anyone or trust anyone yet with my truck. About 2 weeks ago I screwed up my tailgate pretty good being dumb and using bungie cords long distance with a tarp on my bed... A guy at work recommended Joe's as a reputable place to go (but also saying they would do the job for way cheap). I was more concerned about the job being done right than the money. I go in for a quote and they quote me a lot more than the guy at work said, but still a very decent rate for the job - still lower than anyone else. So I get the quote, and I make the quick decision to take the risk. They gave me a 3 day time frame, (still skeptical) but again, having no other choice, I went for it. Long story short, it did take longer than they said (which I expected), but it was worth the wait. They were able to complete the job in about a week, but I'll tell you what, it was quicker than waiting for something to ship and I got to meet the face who was doing it for me. But the best part was picking it up and they didn't ask for more than they quoted me. They gave me what I asked for, for what they promised... A+ and as much as I don't want a situation where I have to go back, I'm glad I have someone now that I can trust. read more
