Honestly it was the easiest exchange I could have hoped for. When we brought our car they took our keys and went outside with us to go over what needed to be done. What they did was far beyond what I expected. They set us up with a rental and within 10 minutes we were on our way and in another car. Easy. Then they literally had our car ready THE NEXT DAY. WHAT??? I couldn't believe it. The work done was flawless and perfect. You couldn't even tell that Sheila (my car) had an accident. :) She's as good as new! Thank you guys so much for your professionalism and expertise. We will be spreading the word and if ever something like this happens again we will be back.

I believe it went into the wheel well and bounced off and damaged, my bumper, my fender and my rims. Initially, the girl that answered the phone was very sweet and kind and said that I would get an estimate with it. 48 hours. It was more than a week without receiving an estimate and I contacted them a couple of times after. They did contact me twice afterwards, but I had already gotten it taken care of. It seems like a really nice place but the contact was not enough for me and the estimate was over $5000! Granted, it was just an estimate and they did not physically see the car this was based on photos, but nonetheless, it was way too long for me. My Lexus dealership recommended this place but if you have time to wait around, then maybe it's beneficial but for me with two small children, I need my car to be in safe working order.

However, the inspector warned that the car was unsafe to drive due to the risk of carbon monoxide leaking inside. We scheduled a repair start and end date, but the deadline kept getting delayed. The shop held the car for an entire month, and when we finally got it back, the results were unacceptable. The car sounded like a lawnmower, the housing that secures the rear bumper was broken, and I can easily pull the bumper back from wheel well. There were also duct tape residue marks and visible overspray. Initially, I assumed they had installed a cheap muffler because of the horrible sound. In reality, the flange connecting the pipe to the muffler had no gasket. When I checked, I can feel the exhaust pouring out of the joint, explaining the noise and, more importantly, creating a serious risk of carbon monoxide ent the cabin. This was the very danger they warned us about initially. I only discovered this issue once my son drove the car back to NY from Fla. Had I known the shop returned the vehicle in such a hazardous condition, I would never have allowed him to drive it.
