What really impressed me was that they didn't just do the repair and call it a day--they fully detailed the truck before giving it back to me, which was an awesome touch and showed how much pride they take in their work. Professional, straightforward, great communication, and excellent workmanship. Everything was done to a T, and I genuinely couldn't have asked for a better experience. It's hard to find a shop that combines quality work with this level of customer service. 100% recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to bring my vehicle back. Thank you Tasha, Brad and Barry! read more

Someone swiped my daughters car and I brought her car here to see if the scrape could be buffed out. The front office personnel, as well as Barry McDonald were very personable. Barry took a look at the car and knew that with some solution, he could remove the scratches. I won't mention what he did so that the diy folks don't try this at home and ruin their car's paint). The car looked good again. Their wasn't any dishonesty here. Presently, my daughter has a loose front bumper from another mishap and I plan to bring the car here to have the work done. I feel very comfortable with this body shop. I'll post pics later as I didn't take the "after" pic. read more

After searching Reddit, Google Reviews, and Yelp for the best repair shops in Orlando I can confirm this is the best one! The staff is very kind and Barry is a genuine guy who values honesty and craftsmanship. He knew our budget and was able to help guide us with getting the essential repairs and did an excellent job! They ordered a new fender part which took 3 business days to get in and then the next day he fixed the car and had it looking great! They were also very flexible and did a lot of other things free of charge such as buff out the headlights and push in a dislodged fender on another vehicle. If you want a high quality job done at a fair price; this is the place to go, I can not recommend highly enough! Thank you Barry and team!! read more

Orlando Auto-body did a fantastic job on fixing my Buick. On a scale of 1-10 for a great job, I would rate them an 11. Why such a high rating? Here are my top reasons: They treat you with respect, they get genuine parts, their prices are good, and they keep their promises. Great job Orlando Auto-body!!! read more

I visited the auto shop to replace my side moldings and Barry accepted a cash deposit to secure my spot for the repair. Two days later, the parts arrived, and I was able to drop off my car for immediate service. I really appreciate that they did a great job with the repair while being efficient and offering good value in today's world of inflation. I was expecting the cost of repairing my side moldings to be double the amount, but I was happy that it was only $200. read more

I am so happy I chose Orlando Auto Body for my repairs. After reading hundreds or reviews I came here because these guys are professional, courteous and knowledgeable. If you need a body shop this is the place to go! Barry took great care of me from start to finish and the price was hard to beat too. Years ago I brought my friends Elantra in to make food on the fact I dented it. Ended up costing $700 to replace the panel, but was offered a deal for $600 if I paid cash. Obviously I did that, and they did a great job. However I left feeling like I got jipped on the price. This week I asked to see if they could fix a seal because I had a leak in my trunk. They said it would cost $50/hr for a diagnosis, likely 2 hours to diagnose. I took it to Willie's instead for a free quote, and despite both dudes working there shirtless, they diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes, fixed it in 5 more minutes, and charged me nothing. TLDR, great quality but price gauging. read more

I want to give a big shout out and praise to Orlando Auto Body and to Barry! I brought my Honda in to get an estimate since the front bumper was hanging off. He immediately came outside to take a look and began to work on it. He was able to fix it , he advised what else might be needed and I will definitely return to get the added splash shield . For now I am super happy of the temporary fix and that the bumper is not coming off but this customer service was phenomenal and I will recommend them to anyone read more

Great service and excellent repair! Replaced a bumper on my Rav 4, also bugged out a key scratch! Car looked brand new after they were done!

This is my first time in writing a review but I had to let everyone in Orlando know if they need auto body work done, bring your car to Orlando Auto Body. Although, it was a "long" 3 months without my car, I have to give it to Barry and his staff. They did a great job on the damage of my car and I was very impressed with the outcome. The staff kept me in the know at all times with what was going on with my car. Again, thanks Barry and his staff for the hard work and hopefully there is no other accident but if it is one, I will bring my auto to you all. read more

After being involved in an accident I was unfamiliar with the body shops in the area and came across Orlando Auto Body as a very highly recommended venue. I went to them to get a quote and immediately everyone there was extremely kind and willing to help. When I handed over my car the entire front end was in total disarray and when they told me it would take a week to fix I thought it was unlikely. A week rolls by and when I go to pick up my car I was shocked. My car looked exactly how it did rolling off the lot back in 2007. I couldn't be happier with the work that Orlando Auto Body have done with my car and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for A+ service. read more

Orlando Autobody did a great job on my vehicle! Fair price. They even did a nice wipe down on the inside after they finished fixing it up. I hit a tire rubber on the road that scuffed my car and broke a fog light. They replaced the fog light and buffed the car (without extra fee). Brad and Ron were awesome. The young lady in the front was also easy to talk to. Zero hassle. I felt comfortable and confident in their work. I would recommend their services and I would come back. read more

If you need to have your car repaired after an accident, do yourself a favor and go with Brad & his team at Orlando Auto Body. In what can be a very corrupt business, these guys take care of you and make sure to advocate with your insurance company on your belaf as much as possible. After an accident in July 2013, I took my poor little Prius to Brad for an assessment. He spoke with my insurance adjuster many times on my behalf while he was fixing my car and did an incredible job- very thorough and my car looked and felt like nothing had ever happened to it after he was done. He even addressed some mistakes that were made by a different car repair shop here in Orlando. In 2012, a car carrier ran my car into a tree and dented/scratched it very badly. I made the mistake of choosing a repair shop through my insurance agency (they team up with select shops and provide reimbursement for the bare-minimum repair job), and needless to say, there were very bad mistakes- it was a horrific repair job, and Brad noticed immediately. He actually worked with my insurance company and were able to advocate for additional repairs on the damage that was never originally repaired in the first place. I have already sent two friends to Brad because my experience was so great- just look at the other reviews and I don't think you'll have to look much further. Brad is your man! read more

Blown away by the quality of the repair they did on my bumper! Not only did they do a perfect job (seriously, couldn't have asked for better), but they also painted my rusty windshield wipers, just because! Couldn't be happier. This is a auto body shop we discovered when we needed the car bumper fixed and the car rimmed put back in also another bumper up front.Keep in mind this is a rental car and it needed to be return withing a few days so they were fast to get the bumper in and paint it and do all the repairs withing 8 hours witch was awesome. The owner of this place is really friendly and nice and he will take care of you even take a chunk of the bill if you bring in cash, the good part about this place is they are quick to fix your car and do not take days or weeks like at other places plus at another auto body shop near by they wanted almost twice the amount for the same things being fixed. This place is a bit hidden but once you find it on your map or yelp it is easy to find and it is conveniently located close to Colonial rd. Even though this was not my car that needed to be fix I would definitely bring my car if I ever need anything repair as far as Auto body type. I think anyone that lives in the Central Florida area should bring the car here to get it fixed, the owner started mostly doing restoration work and then now dose auto body work. Everyone that works there seems to have a lot of knowledge and know what needs to be done, the prices seem fair and cheaper then at other places. read more

I highly recommend Orlando Auto Body, they took great care of my car, great attention to detail, and wonderful customer service! I spoke with Angie and expressed concern for my headlight and bumper. I knew my insurance quote was off on my car before I even took it in. Angie assured me they will use OEM parts for my vehicle, and they sure did. My insurance was quoting me for aftermarket parts. They guarantee their work, work in a timely manner, handled my insurance claim to make sure I had the correct parts! My car looks better now than before I took it in. Thank you so much for helping me get my car back to perfect condition! read more

I was given a glowing recommendation from a friend for Orlando auto body and they did not disappoint. From the moment I pulled in for a quote, until I picked up my vehicle they were the best auto shop and honestly...best business in general that I've dealt with in a very long time. Angie in the office, walked me through each step, keeping me aware of everything and handling everything for me, from having the rental car place pick me up...to dealing with the insurance company. If the customer service aspect wasn't enough, the workmanship of the repairs and the care given to making sure it's done RIGHT, took this place over the top!! My vehicle looks perfect and they cared enough to make sure that every detail, even the ones I couldn't see...where handled. I cannot recommend this place enough. When my little brother got rear ended a week after I got my vehicle back, I INSISTED he go to Orlando Auto Body. Since I'm older and wiser he listened and from the moment he called them to have it towed he's been texting me how amazing they have been to him. In a world where customer service and quality workmanship seem to be no where to be found..I am SO THANKFUL to have found this gem. I'll never go anywhere else. Thank you so much Orlando Auto Body! read more

I have used Brad in the past and I'm so very fortunate to have found him. I have referred him to my friends and family and they all come back amazed at his work and his ethics. He goes above and beyond to get you car looking like new. He went as far as cleaning the inside before he return it. My friend just took her car to him and I was amazed at the Lexus. It looked better than new. I wasn't sure it was the same car. He really did more work than what he charged her for. Nice, honest, hard worker. Thanks Brad!! read more

I have nothing but great things to say about this shop! I was in an accident and needed to find a place that would do quality work on my vehicle, especially since it looked brand new before the incident. After reading through reviews, though I had no idea who they were, I decided to give them a shot. From the very beginning Ron and his team were nothing but kind, helpful, informative and respectful. Just from a first conversation over the phone, I knew I had made the right the decision. They truly care about your concerns and are willing to stand up for you with the insurance if necessary. They made me feel very comfortable through every step of the process and did not disappoint with the finished product. My car looks incredible! I am beyond satisfied with not only the work, but great people I had the pleasure of interacting with. Thank you SO much Orlando Auto Body! read more

I have nothing but rave reviews for Orlando Auto Body. The owner, Brad Chesney along with Angie and the rest of the team were AWESOME. Their attention to detail, follow through, and accommodating demeanor was above & beyond. I don't usually write reviews but had to for this amazing job by Orlando Auto Body! I had recently purchased a new Jeep Grand Cherokee and got very bad love bug damage on the front bumper and hood of the Jeep. I did notice that they accidentally scratched my front leather seat but I told them about the issue and they said they would replace the leather seat wrap for free! Several people recommended Orlando Auto Body after my daughter was tail ended. So glad they did. From my first call to schedule an appointment to picking the car up, staff at Orlando Body made every step easy. And, I got to speak with Tausha - a REAL PERSON instead of voice prompts on a machine. And Tausha contacted me when she didn't get information she was expecting from me (because I typed her email incorrectly). The work was TOP NOTCH. Easily the best auto shop I have been to in the area. Down to earth respectful and honest business. They listened to what I actually asking them to do. I have an older car that got hit today. I need everything to work but I don't want to spend the $$$ to make it new looking. First place I went to tried to convince me there was no choice but to replace multiple parts and then also paint even more. Orlando Auto Body listen to what I wanted, they saved me Thousands off the first place and did it in record time. I wasn't just the next customer, I was an actual person. My camry's bumper hangs low, so when I accidentally hit a concrete parking barrier the left front bumper came unhinged from under the wheelwell. At any rate, my Toyota dealer estimated 730++ dollars for "repair", whereas Rob at Orlando Body simply walked over to my car with a plastic screw to bind the flaring part of my bumper back in place. He declined payment for his time and service. They do not want to make money dishonestly and evidently that quality is rare in an industry where some car dealers are eager to exploit customers. Highly recommend this shop for its honesty and dedication to their customers. Thanks!! read more

I was a very satisfied customer going to Orlando Auto Body last summer. I had some mishaps with both bumpers and needed a quick fixing but didn't want to be gypped. I visited a few other Auto Body stores in the area and the estimates I got were monstrous. There was no way that the other estimates were believable, so I kept shopping around. Luckily, I found Brad at Orlando Auto Body who is a straight shooter, very knowledgeable at his craft, and is an ethical man who will work with your situation without attempting to nickel and dime you. Everything came out exactly as Brad described it would and it came out much quicker and cheaper than nearby body shops were quoting me.
