Dana who runs the front office made sure I got a ride home so I didn't have to spend money on a Uber. Russell, the owner of the shop was really personable and beyond reasonable with his estimate and even did a few extra things at no charge. Richard who meticulously oversaw the work, handed me back my car in perfect condition. To top it off they offered for me to come back for a free wash and wax in 30 days. The quality of their work and customer service is second to no other body shop I have been to in my many years of driving.

If this was my only complaint I would not bother with this review. Once my wife brought the car home in the sunlight it was obvious the paint didn't match very well and it had bubbles. In all fairness, I had used this paint shop several time previously and was satisfied with the work done. However, this time I was very dissatisfied regarding the quality of work and being told of the $450 increase in price. I did not take it back since I felt it would be a waste of time.

Phil and his team were very friendly and professional. The repairs, color and paint job came out way better than I had hoped for :) There was slight orange peel on the sides and since I'm a bit of a perfectionist I brought it to Phil's attention. So FREE OF CHARGE Phil wet sanded the car after the curing period. That's right I said FREE. No other shop would do this, I'm sure.
