Let's just say a different shop confirmed my concerns with the repairs and additional damages done in the process of repairing my car. I don't recommend this shop based off the lackluster work they did with my first repair, total disregard for others people's property in their care is what they have. Went to a few auto body shops in the cassleberry area, wouldn't believe how rude a lot of them are. Came here and was treated with respect from everyone there from the lady at the front desk to the guy who gave the quote and the guy who actually pulled the dents out of my fender. I'd definitely come back here for any damage done to my car. I have a 370z which the rear fender was damaged a good amount and other shops wanted to charge me $1500 and they quoted me $500 and did it exactly how I asked them to. Very quick too. Got my car back a couple days later. 10/10 I'd definitely come back and would recommend. read more

I have no issue with the work -- fix a dented rear bumper. I do have an issue with under-estimating both the cost and the time. My $1700 estimate turned into almost a $2400 job and my Friday delivery turned into Tuesday. I would have submitted to insurance -- my breakeven is $2k and I really needed the truck for the weekend. Anyone can fix a bumper but it takes effort to deliver what was promised. read more

With the time its work quality has deteriorated. They did give me discounted price verbally. I was happy. At the time of payment they charged me full price. I was never told that discount will be with cash only. They did tell me to come back with cash. But who wants to waste time and gas now a days. It is not fair at all. And I am not happy. WARNING!!!! DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!! NEGATIVE 3 STAR RATING!!! I Brought my 2020 Mazda 3 soul red metallic sedan here to have my bumper replaced due to an accident. I was recommended by the Mazda dealership where I purchased the car to go here just to find out later, that was a HUGE MISTAKE! I had an appointment scheduled to drop off my car on 2/21/2022 and they said it will be a 2 day process, unfortunately my bumper was on backorder so it took longer than that. My car was still drivable, so I asked if I can drive it until my bumper come in, they said no unless you pay us to put the old bumper back on. I declined that offer and waited for my bumper to be delivered. I received my vehicle on 3/11/2022. When I went to pick up my car, THEY LOST MY KEY! I have push button start so when I tried to start my car it said key not detected. While they are looking around for my key, I went to look at my car bumper to make sure all the damage was gone. The damage was gone and then the Manager yelled found your key and I drove home. On my way home my blind spot sensors were acting up saying a car was next to me when it wasn't and when a car was in my blind spot it wouldn't alert me. I parked my car in the sun next day to take pictures of the vehicle and you can see they didn't match the paint well to match the rest of my car. I called to complain about the issues and the Manager told me they will repaint it and the sensor issue I will have to go to Mazda. I came up to the body to drop it off to be repainted and the owner shows up and says the paint job is fine and only way he will repaint if he thought it wasn't ok I told him you can see the demarcation where the bumper to body changes colors, it is slightly more darker on the bumper. He told me thats as good it's going to get and yelled at me and told me to get out of his shop. They charged the insurance company damn near $2000 to cause more damage to my car. I told him the manager told me you will fix it he said she doesn't run anything. The owner was very rude and never introduced himself to me properly. Never bring your car here if you want it back to the way it was before your accident. You will come out with more problems than you came in with!!! Look at pics below. We were recommended to Maitland Autobody on 436 by nearby Honda dealership (without a body shop) for some body work done in a minor accident. They were very professional, provided a fully quote of what work would be needed. A full explanation while looking at the damage was very helpful! Parts were ordered ahead of us dropping the Honda for the work, they kept us informed of the expected date it would be completed. They even called the day prior to confirm the car would be ready! When we picked up the Honda from the shop they went above by cleaning up the interior floors and surfaces! Thank you Maitland Autobody for the great work and professionalism. I had some work done to my car there and I had to double check everything they did. They ordered and put on the wrong parts and the attention to detail was not there. Although the manager tried to be accommodating after a while it just became more about incompetence. After they were done I noticed they put on wrong clips and had to have them swap out. Lining up my bumper and fenders was sloppy. To top it off the secretary there was rude and snippy on multiple occasions and deserves to be fired for her customer service. Also as I looked over my bill they did not adjust for the wrong parts they put on and had to catch this before they charged me more money for stuff I didn't need.
