Regarding the latter, they have 1. Fully repaired significant front-end damage to my considerably rare vehicle without the need to source any parts. Remarkable work--of which I thought was not possible at the time. (See photos for before & after) 2. Quickly repaired cosmetic damage on a different vehicle of mine. 3. Refit one of my doors after it fell off for FREE. If you've ever tried to put a door back on yourself--not fun. They did it in half an hour. Overall I'm very impressed with their world-class automotive metalworking and paint skills as well as their dealing with customers. I have yet to pay anything out of pocket (shout out USAA) so I can't speak to value other than the free door work. Based on that, I would say best-in-class value. If this was mentioned prior to the service I would be fine, but it wasn't. I guess to summarize my feedback: * Over-communicate what is and what isn't included on the service. * Make sure people understand what they are missing out for not going to a proper body shop space. * I'd suggest doing a second visit for so that the sanding and waxing can be done properly and so that any missing imperfections can be fixed. The attention to detail, paint match, body lines, and finish quality were excellent. You honestly cannot tell the vehicle was ever damaged. Timothy clearly takes pride in his work and did the repair correctly instead of rushing through it. What impressed me even more was the professionalism. This was a mobile repair at the house, and right before he arrived a large tree removal crew showed up next door with lifts, equipment, noise, and workers all around the driveway area where he was supposed to work. Instead of complaining or getting flustered, he calmly worked through the distraction, stayed focused, and still completed the project on schedule with excellent results. My mom is 90 and still enjoys driving her BMW Z4, so let's just say it's good to have someone trustworthy like this in the Rolodex when life happens.
