I have a 2012 BMW X5 that the driver side from the head light to back tail was smashed in almost head on collision. Both doors and front fender had to be replaced. I originally brought my X5 to Fields BMW body shop and they acted like they didn't have time for me. They never sent me an estimate of any kind. I called back twice and both times were greeted with empty promises and never heard from them. OK, I said.... Then I spoke with my agent, Pete was his name, and he said give Martins Collision Center a try and you will see. At first, I was skeptical. Dave called me and assured me that he will take good care of me. And they sure did. The car was done 4 days early. When I came and picked the car, it was like I was a guest in their home. They were unbelievably friendly. The guy that worked on my car came out and shook my hand. Dave, the owner, came out and met with me. His wife took time to talk to me, as if I was a long time friend (at least, that was how she made me feel). Who does this any more? I am very impressed with Martin's Collision Center and promised her I would write a great review and here I am. They have a customer for life and believe me, I am not easy to please. My X5 now looks brand new. Flawless. Replaced 2 doors, fender, any many others small parts, matched the paint perfectly. They also detailed my car, professionally buffed out scratches on all my wheels which were not a part of the fix. Okay so first off let me say how amazing they are. I went to autoxone just to get some things for my car and everyone kept saying how my car looked so new!! When they showed me my car I honestly was about to cry because my car looked brandnew! They even cleaned out the car and washed it to so it had that glow to it. Also Heidi she was so amazing when I had problems getting my rental car because my insurance "claimed" I didn't have full coverage (which I did and we got that resolved ) Heidi fought for me she told to ppl to get the manager on the phone and see how they can get me in a car. I was able to get my rental because of the previous GEICO rep told them the wrong info but to know that someone such as Heidi was trying to go above and beyond to make sure I could get in a car really meant a lot to me and they also worked around my schedule since my pickup time was around 5 Heidi told me that I can come around 11 and they would be finished amazing ppl and amazing business any customer will be highly satisfied with martins!! Our Insurance company USAA recommended Martins Collision and to take our Silverado in for assessment and possible repair. Martin's is preapproved for their estimates and repair work. They were very professional and courteous during the estimate and listed all parts that were needed for the repair. Work was scheduled and they kept us informed about our truck all through the process. We were very surprised when we went to pick up our truck and found not only did they do an excellent job on the repair they went over and beyond and detailed our truck inside and out, it looked brand new. recently had a super experience with martins collision ctr. made an appointment with allstate rep. for an estimate as the person who hit my truck took full responsibility. i noticed the overall cleanliness of mcc and how heidi martin fielded questions with a smile and very amiable. was going to use the local toyota dealership, but quickly changed my mind. she made an appointment for repair and had a rental awaiting my use. she and other super employees updated the repair and five days later, my truck was ready. i maintain my truck but they washed, waxed, vacuumed, cleaned windows and applied gloss to all tires. further, my headlamps were buffed and bumpers coated with a protective liquid. further shock was when i opened the hood to check all fluids. mcc staff had cleaned the engine and the entire engine compartment. can't tell you how pleased i was and you will be too!! on a scale of one to ten, this is and "eleven" plus!! read more

Excellent! I chose this shop from the preferred list given to me by the at fault insurance company, as I saw how well rated/reviewed they were online. I called the shop and within minutes they scheduled me and helped arrange rental car transfers, etc. Thank you Jackie! They were able to complete the car one day earlier than initially estimated, so thankfully I could have my car back before the weekend. Thank you Heidi for the good news! The repair was excellent and they went above and beyond to make my 10 year car look better than ever (washed, vacuumed, wheels shined, etc.). My headlights were no longer hazy too...WOW! After inspecting the damage, Mike Ash effectively walked me through the process of my repair vs. replacement options, taking the extra time to answer my questions about the process of repairing such damage. A deer jumped into our car and caused major damage. Our insurance company recommended a few places, and after reading reviews we chose Martins. They worked directly with our insurance company on cost. They called me twice to let me know how the repair was coming along and they finished the job a few days earlier than expected. We picked up the car today and it looks perfect. There was quite a bit of tiny shards of glass inside the car and they got it all out. The paint job matches perfectly. My wife checked with some body shops near where we live in Altamonte Springs and they said it wasn't worth repairing the peeling paint on the hatch back. My guess is, it wasn't worth it to them!
