Had a free oil change from Goodyear. Upon arrival, I let the guys know at the front desk about this free oil change. They agreed with it and told me it would take approximately an hour to get it done. I returned back after an hour and was told the mechanic didn't get to it yet! It took another hour and a half, so, 2 and a half hours in all just to get an oil change. After the oil change was done, I was asked to pay for it even though it was a free oil change by Goodyear and was accepted by the front desk guys at the start. Unprofessional and lack of knowledge at the front desk. Never coming back here again. read more

The first trip the wait was 2 hours, however, it dawned on me it WAS a Saturday. I went in for a slow leak. No charge. 2 days later I went out to my vehicle and it was low again. I returned on a Tuesday, waited about 15 minutes and my vehicle was taken in. The service manager came out, explained what they found and what was being done. 20 minutes later I was called to the desk. I received a sincere apology for the trouble and wait. NO charge! Amazing guys over there don't blow smoke up your skirt and don't talk down to you, plus they get the job done right. My car was running fine when I heard a signal from the dashboard.My temperature light came on the needle was on the top and I thought I was going to overheat. I was a mile from Goodyear so I drove straight there.Joe the manager got my car right in and did a pressure test .It turns out to be a loose hose clamp and I lost all of the coolant.The mechanic tightened the clamp and filled the coolant all at no charge.If you live inPort Orange or just passing through Goodyear on Clyde Morris Blvd is the only place to bring your car. I stopped there to get a nail removed my tire. The guy at the front desk (I didn't get his name) said it would be at least an hour before he could get to it. No problem I said I'll leave it and come back. Then he said drive around the back and I'll take a look at it. A tech came out, pulled out the nail, plugged the tire, filled it said all set see the guy at the front desk. The guy said you're all set just tip the bartender. I gave the guy $10 all the cash I had on me. The whole procedure took less than 10 mins. I'll never go anywhere else for service, that kind of customer service is hard to find!! read more

SCAM ARTISTS. they told me they were not able to check brake pads because I didn't have the hubcap removal tool. I saw him looking in my trunk for it, but I was in a hurry so I didn't have time to stay after the oil change. When I got home I found said tool, that I supposedly didn't have, sitting in the trunk (in plain sight!). This is a tool that I didn't know was in there, so they found it and left it out in my trunk; and then proceeded to tell me I had to order another one in order for them to take off hubcaps to check brake pads. I understand that you need the specific tool to remove the hubcaps, and they don't have it, that's fine. But to lie and say I need to order a new part when they most certainly saw said part in my trunk? Not sure if they are just flat out lazy, or dishonest and trying to make a few extra bucks; either way they lost my business for good. read more

There was a mis-communication between me and my dad and I went to total tire thinking this was where my tires were purchased and asked for a free tire rotation. Not only did they rotate my tires for free but they also had a play room for my daughter to occupy her time in, and they gave her an apple. Turns out my dad meant to say discount tire instead of total tire so basically they helped me out when they didn't have to and as a single mom who works and doesn't have a lot off free time on her hands, it was much appreciated. read more
