The wash was a little run down but it seemed they were more geared towards a customer wanting a full service wash and it looked like they did a good job on those vehicles. My car was really clean on the outside and I was impressed about the tire shine fully covering the tire since this doesn't usually happen at a car wash. However; My biggest complaint is that the lady pre washing the car seemed annoyed that I was there. She moved at a slow pace and it seemed that it was taking extra long because of that. When it was my turn to get my vehicle pre-washed I moved forward with my window down, not knowing their procedure. She began to scrub my vehicle with out telling me to roll up my window or even greeting me. I was on my phone at this point, because it was taking so long, the next thing I know, I don't hear anything and I look up to the lady motioning me forward in a sarcastic motion and an annoyed look on her face. Mind you this, she never gave me any indication that she was done washing my car. Once I moved forward and in position to go through the car wash, she walked by my car and told me "Put it I'm neutral, No Brake!" In an extremely rude tone, as if I had inconvenienced her.

Ben did such a good job i credit his work for getting me 9 out of 10 on the trade in inspection at the dealership. If you have been through this process before you know that is saying something. Ben took my motorcycle late in his business day and worked on it and had it ready by 9 o'clock the next morning. YES, with all businesses you will have good and bad experiences. I have known Ben for over 30 years and i know him to be honest. You can even read in the comments that he owns his mistakes.
