Your search stops here with Gibbons Auto…read more I work in the car industry, and it is very hard to find that "great mechanic" but it does exist with Gibbons Auto. Not only was the customer service the best I have ever dealt with, with ANY business, but their prices were affordable, and the work was top of the line. Ashley walked me through everything, and she treated me as though I was a priority, and cared about me as a customer. You won't want to go anywhere else. These guys are much more than just 5 stars.

I was told it would be ready Monday. WOW. I checked on Friday, it was up on lift with two guys already having everything disassembled. Monday am at 0700 got the call to pick up. That was today. NOW: Its "early", but they did what they said they would do, for what they said they would do, and delivered it on time. I drove it a bit today, and so far so good. Unless it poops out in the next few months, I recommend these guys highly. Even at our initial meeting I was told that I could get the repairs a bit cheaper elsewhere, but they are replacing everything. Honesty works. While I hope to never see them again with this vehicle (which would change my review), if I have issues with another car, or need to recommend someone, these guys are top notch thus far. He came in and saved my car after my other mechanic wasn't able to follow through on the second part of the repair. He did such quality work on my car. It runs so well now. Then the employee began berating me over the phone that I had called to ask that because he can't see the issue before I hung up. Now I understand things come up and any type of work can take longer than initially thought but I work every day and needed a rough idea of how long they normally take to know if I needed to take off of work, which i explained to the employee and made clear I was not asking for a price or a firm answer. This is my second experience here and it was enough to ruin it. I don't know how to fix a car, that's why I called a mechanic whose whole job is fixing the car, I don't expect to essentially be picked on by the employees.
