I went to another shop and purchased a tire because I didn't trust driving to Orlando on the spare. That also was a mistake. I blame myself mostly, because my car has never been to any other shop than the dealer and most of these places have no clue how to care for luxury cars. I paid for a wheel alignment, balance and oil change. When they were done, my car was driving like crap. It was not driving as smooth as it usually does. I brought the car back to them, I don't know what they did but they took it out for a drive 3x. When they came back they said it was fine. It was not fine. It was driving rough, and even shaking when it got to a certain speed. I drive out and came right back and asked again for the supervisor. The "probable" issues were: 1. Maybe your barely driven car has a transmission issue that's why it's shaking. 2. Something is wrong with your 2 brand new tires that's why they are riding so rough. I won't say what the real issue was which was partially their fault when I finally brought it to the dealer, but needless to say they will never touch my car again. I had to get another wheel alignment and balance. I considered bringing the report from the dealer to them, but I was so disgusted I knew I would get into an argument with the supervisor so I decided to just take the loss and never go back there and I probably won't recommend anyone to go there either. If you don't know how to service a certain car, you should tell the customer.

This time, my 2017 Dodge Caravan needed front brakes because they had started squeaking, and I was honestly scared to drive especially with my three children in the car. I called them on a Friday around 2:00 PM, not expecting much because it was late in the day. By 4:30 PM, Mike was already at my house checking my brakes. By 5:30 PM, he was replacing them, and everything was finished before dark. Once again, they made sure I was safe on the road, and their service was nothing short of amazing. Jeremy didn't have time for the original date, I was planning on driving an hour plus to Lakeland for, but he was able to accommodate me the following week. He sent Luis to meet us at the dealership. I text when we were heading out that way, then again when we arrived, then again to find out if anyone was coming about 45 minutes after we got there. Luis eventually arrived after his earlier appointments, we had already test driven and ruled out 2 of the 3 cars I was interested in. We then had Luis take us for a test drive in the 3rd car, he explained a few things to us that we didn't know about, he also accommodated my request to drive up an incline, to see how the car advanced. After we drove the car, he did a diagnostic on it. He showed us what came up in the computer, which were all things we saw on the dash or noticed. The one thing I wish I had asked about, which was something I didn't think about until later was checking fluids etc. Turns out some were low. I'm not even sure that's something they do. Overall, it was a good experience for the $120.00 plus tip. I used their list of items that needed repairs/fixed to negotiate the price down a little. Luis said the light bulbs needed replaced, which turned out to be electrical issues vs bulbs, which was more than I expected to repair. I asked Luis to send me a price for the repairs, I was going to have them do the repairs for me, but I never heard from him again, otherwise it would be a 5 star review. I would still hire them again if I were needing a mechanic in Lakeland, FL area. I have already recommended them to others looking for cars in that area.
