We stopped by because we needed an oil change yesterday. Very impressed with the level of professionalism and quality of service. Definitely recommend this location !! read more

I got an oil change yesterday at Take5 near the Pavilion. They seemed to do a good job quickly and even gave me an ice cold bottle of water. I don't have any complaints about the job, but price seems kind of high. I paid $105.96 for a basic oil change. Is that the going rate? Seems I could got it done a lot cheaper elsewhere. Then they checked my interior air filter (which was dirty) and wanted to charge me $50 for a new one! I said no and got one from Amazon for $9.85 and installed it myself easily. Not happy with the prices here. Prob won't go back. read more

I've been coming tot his location for about 2 years now and have never had an issue. I usually come to get an oil change because it's quick and efficient. The manager Jerry is terrific, always going above and beyond. Today Alex was helping me out he was very informative and got me in and out ! read more

Excellent service . Damien and Ethan were really great and took care of everything I asked and were so friendly and professional. They exceed all expectations. read more

Pestered me about changing my coolant way early versus what the owner's manual said, then left the bolts loose on the inspection cover. Fell off, luckily in my driveway, two months later. Will never go back. read more

Arrived fairly soon after they'd opened with two cars already in the bays. Was quickly greeted, offered a bottle of water, and was directed to the one remaining open bay. Took about 15 minutes for them to get to my car, but I did have the convenience of not having to get out of it and sit awkwardly in a waiting room. Pulled my vehicle information from the door sticker and happily accepted my coupon. Joshua was friendly and offered suggestions of additional services they offer without being pushy. Definitely a plus at this type of business. Topped of my fluids, checked tire pressures, changed my oil, and was rolling again within 15 minutes of them starting. I'll be back again! read more

This place is great. The manager Brian is second to none. Customer service is amazing as well as the service. Highly recommend.

They damaged my car. Daniel guided me through the bay and the fuel pump on the bottom of my car broke off on the metal railing that goes into the pit/basement. Jerry Hogg offered to pay me cash of $125 for the towing fees. Daniel and Jerry took responsibility of this until Supervisor Matt Cox overruled it and wants me to jump through all these hoops to get reimbursed for the damage. Matt Cox is such an angry disrespectful jerk that I recommend everyone to find another shop. Matt Cox stepped in and made the problem worse. I spoke with Danny Russo at Fleet Response who oversees the claims for mistakes, he wants me to jump through all these crazy hoops to get paid for a $196 repair. Danny Russo is a raging incompetent jerk that interrupts people and has no common sense thinking. read more

No matter which one I go to I always get the best service literally. I have been using them for 5 years and counting. I won't go to another place if I don't have to. read more

Amazing, I would normally go to Walmart for my oil changes but Take 5 not only changed my oil and air filter but that changed my loyalty for my oil change needs. The staff was very nice and explained everything they did, I really can't say enough. I was so pleasantly surprised I have already recommended 2 coworkers. Please keep doing what you are doing because it made a difference, and I will be back for sure read more

More like take an hour. Don't waste your time. Simple oil change took an hour and fifteen.

The nice thing was that they came out and offered me a cold bottle of water and told me there were two cars being serviced and I could pull into the third bay which was empty. The negative is that while there were only two cars in the other bays when I pulled in, it still took them 22 minutes before they came over to my car. I left 40 minutes after I arrived and I had nothing special done besides an oil change. Joshua, my tech, was very polite and friendly however. I got the economy oil for my vehicle since it has low mileage and no issues. They did not try to push me to anything higher which I appreciate. They also did not talk down to me or act like I didn't know anything which I also appreciate as I've had that happen at other places as a woman. I do understand that places are understaffed but they could have let me know that it was going to take a long time and then I would have gone somewhere else or at least been prepared. Besides their good attitudes, another positive is that they offer a military discount of 25% which is awesome and the main reason I used them. I'm going to have to look at all of the additional charges however because the price was $49.99 and with my military 25% discount it was $44.18. If you have the time to wait, service is good as is price if you go the economy route. read more

Super kind and helpful! we were so lucky to be nearby when we needed help on our drive home! highly recommend :)

We were immediately greeted with waters upon arrival! Jerry, was kind enough to warm up my bagel too because Dunkin didn't melt the cheese Thank you for great service! read more

Love the staff minus Tyler. All he does is walk around yelling profanity. He continued to have us wait before pulling into the bay because he wanted to go talk to a person smoking a cigarette. He continued to complain about doing his job. Your employees in the neighboring bays came over to assist us. Shoutout to Connor, Joshua, and Chris! Very unprofessional. Will not be returning. read more

The men there are fun, cordial, and professional. I'm a traveler passing through and it was perfect being treated so well.

I would only give them 1star as they only have one job to do, and managed to overfill my car by nearly a quart, which can damage the vehicle. Luckily, I checked it in when I got home I literally had to use my oil extractor pump and stick it down the dipstick to society oil out to bring the oil level down to an acceptable level. I am only giving them two stars because the people that work there were upbeat and friendly and seemed like they were trying hard. Also, they advertise a 10 minute oil change, but even though I was there in the evening and there was only one other car aside from me, it definitely took a LOT longer than that and was not priced very favorably, either. read more

I thought the folks at Take 5 in Port Orange were great. I was met with a bottle of cold water when I arrived; the wait was only about 10 minutes and the staff did a great job on changing my oil, checking and topping off fluids, and checking my tire pressure. The entire service took about 15 minutes and I was out of there. I'll be back! Thanks! read more

Tyler, Sam and someone else I missed their name helped us. They were all super lovely! Seriously, I came in after purchasing a used car and they really took care of me. They looked under the hood and under the car for me. Gave me a ton of suggestions. I felt like I was in great hands. Thanks guys!! read more

it took over and 1 and a half hours to get my oil change done, they say take five and it's actually 5 years so

When you arrive you are given a water bottle while you wait for a quick oil change. The workers are very kind and informative of the whole process read more

Got an oil change, wipers, air in tires. Helpful, nice guys working there. Very professional. Will be back.

Easy, efficient and fast! In and out in less than 16 minutes. Great service, a bit pricey but you pay for the convenience. They did all other related stuff - tire pressure, washer fluid, checked lights and gave me a bottle of water as well. I'll be back when I need service. read more

BEWARE! This location failed to reinstall my skid plate after my oil change 2 weeks ago. They were originally very apologetic and promised to stay in contact until resolution had been reached in regards to replacing the damaged part.. I called them back after not hearing back for more than a week and a half and now they are trying to say that my skid plate was hanging off my car when I got there which makes absolutely no sense. This is because when I went back, all the bolts that held it on the plate were still in the original bay where my car was serviced. Not only that, if that were true, wouldn't you tell the owner of the car that their skid plate is hanging while under it changing the oil? The worst part of all this is that this location rather lie than just take accountability for stupid $100 part. Ive been a loyal customer to company for many year, and now I have to find a new place to take my business. Truly heart breaking for me. Do better Port Orange Take 5. read more

This is hands down the best oil change station I've ever been to!!! We had an issue with our car on the way back to NC, stopped here and they were about to help us out and in under 30 mins! Jerry and Joshua you are amazing and we are so so thankful for your help!!!! read more

A tad slow due to issues with having to pump out rather than drain the oil (only applies to certain vehicles). No biggie. Other than that perfect service and no high pressure sales. read more

Zach's the man, great customer service overall. Been going to this location from years, highly recommend.

Very professional and quick service! I like that they give you water as soon as you pull up. It's the little things that show they care about customer service. Typically, I normally go to my car dealership, because I get free lifetime oil changes. However, every time I go there, they would sometimes try to pressure me to get other services, or there will be something else wrong with my car. Not here. I came in for an oil change. It was done pretty quickly and they even checked out other little maintenance (fluid levels and tire pressure) for me. Which I appreciate. I just discovered they do military discounts for veterans and active duty members (make sure you have proof)! So I will definitely be coming here more often! read more

Justin Morris was amazing! He was very kind upon me entering and got me a nice cold water and was very polite and also put air in my tires! Dustin was very professional and knowledgeable! Definitely love this team and trust them to work on my car! read more

Arrived asking for an oil change and coolant changed .After an employee told me the price is 11 $ I thought oh wow that's a steal . continued to let them work on my car and was convinced to replace another item which I thought was involved with the coolant . so at this end of this the bill was 167$ extra when I wasn't informed any of the prices . will not be returning for this place a rip off . read more

I drove right in with no wait, had the best interaction with the technicians and was out of there quickly. They detected a transmission leak and added fluid at no extra charge. Now I see why they're highly rated, from the complimentary bottle of ice cold water to the competence exhibited when other vehicles drove up for service. I will be back and will definitely recommend them to others. -Lori read more

I pulled into this facility with my Jeep in rough shape. Overheated, thermostat jammed possibly a radiator issue.... Zach, an employee there was amazing. He was professional, super knowledgeable and full of excellent advice. I don't understand how he is not running his own full mechanic shop but I was grateful he was there. He is truly a wonderful and expert employee. I would recommend him to anyone with no hesitation. read more
