Arrived fairly soon after they'd opened with two cars already in the bays. Was quickly greeted, offered a bottle of water, and was directed to the one remaining open bay. Took about 15 minutes for them to get to my car, but I did have the convenience of not having to get out of it and sit awkwardly in a waiting room. Pulled my vehicle information from the door sticker and happily accepted my coupon. Joshua was friendly and offered suggestions of additional services they offer without being pushy. Definitely a plus at this type of business. Topped of my fluids, checked tire pressures, changed my oil, and was rolling again within 15 minutes of them starting. I'll be back again! read more

They damaged my car. Daniel guided me through the bay and the fuel pump on the bottom of my car broke off on the metal railing that goes into the pit/basement. Jerry Hogg offered to pay me cash of $125 for the towing fees. Daniel and Jerry took responsibility of this until Supervisor Matt Cox overruled it and wants me to jump through all these hoops to get reimbursed for the damage. Matt Cox is such an angry disrespectful jerk that I recommend everyone to find another shop. Matt Cox stepped in and made the problem worse. I spoke with Danny Russo at Fleet Response who oversees the claims for mistakes, he wants me to jump through all these crazy hoops to get paid for a $196 repair. The nice thing was that they came out and offered me a cold bottle of water and told me there were two cars being serviced and I could pull into the third bay which was empty. The negative is that while there were only two cars in the other bays when I pulled in, it still took them 22 minutes before they came over to my car. I left 40 minutes after I arrived and I had nothing special done besides an oil change. Joshua, my tech, was very polite and friendly however. I got the economy oil for my vehicle since it has low mileage and no issues. They did not try to push me to anything higher which I appreciate. They also did not talk down to me or act like I didn't know anything which I also appreciate as I've had that happen at other places as a woman. I do understand that places are understaffed but they could have let me know that it was going to take a long time and then I would have gone somewhere else or at least been prepared. Besides their good attitudes, another positive is that they offer a military discount of 25% which is awesome and the main reason I used them. I'm going to have to look at all of the additional charges however because the price was $49.99 and with my military 25% discount it was $44.18. If you have the time to wait, service is good as is price if you go the economy route. read more

I would only give them 1star as they only have one job to do, and managed to overfill my car by nearly a quart, which can damage the vehicle. Luckily, I checked it in when I got home I literally had to use my oil extractor pump and stick it down the dipstick to society oil out to bring the oil level down to an acceptable level. I am only giving them two stars because the people that work there were upbeat and friendly and seemed like they were trying hard. Also, they advertise a 10 minute oil change, but even though I was there in the evening and there was only one other car aside from me, it definitely took a LOT longer than that and was not priced very favorably, either. read more

BEWARE! This location failed to reinstall my skid plate after my oil change 2 weeks ago. They were originally very apologetic and promised to stay in contact until resolution had been reached in regards to replacing the damaged part.. I called them back after not hearing back for more than a week and a half and now they are trying to say that my skid plate was hanging off my car when I got there which makes absolutely no sense. This is because when I went back, all the bolts that held it on the plate were still in the original bay where my car was serviced. Not only that, if that were true, wouldn't you tell the owner of the car that their skid plate is hanging while under it changing the oil? The worst part of all this is that this location rather lie than just take accountability for stupid $100 part. Ive been a loyal customer to company for many year, and now I have to find a new place to take my business. Truly heart breaking for me. Do better Port Orange Take 5. read more

Very professional and quick service! I like that they give you water as soon as you pull up. It's the little things that show they care about customer service. Typically, I normally go to my car dealership, because I get free lifetime oil changes. However, every time I go there, they would sometimes try to pressure me to get other services, or there will be something else wrong with my car. Not here. I came in for an oil change. It was done pretty quickly and they even checked out other little maintenance (fluid levels and tire pressure) for me. Which I appreciate. I just discovered they do military discounts for veterans and active duty members (make sure you have proof)! So I will definitely be coming here more often! read more
