AUTOZONE installed the battery so if it wasn't registered to my truck, the installer didn't do his job and nothing was required by me the last 9 years of buying batteries there so why void my warranty plus she removed every label off my new battery including the warnings labels. She said if I wanted a warranty, I could buy the battery that was under warranty? Real professionalism! I was in there 4/24/26 to have the battery (same one they installed) checked and was told it, starter and alternator were all good. 2 Weeks later truck had to be towed because it wouldn't start. BAD BATTERY! I had Gary Yeoman diagnose my truck thinking the battery was good like I was previously told by Autozone and they removed it for me to take it back to Autozone since it was still under warranty. The only other place to touch that battery other than AutoZone the last 3 years. I been a customer for 30 years but after her behavior I will be going up the road to O'Reilly's. Bullying disabled 66-year-old female seniors is her specialty. Nothing professional about her both times I've encountered her. Beware they can cancel your warranty, "just because". I'm contacting BBB next because this is nothing more than greed! I have a new battery but no 3-year warranty because she has a bad attitude and so do I now! Guess she judged me as a liar since she didn't want to hear anything I was trying to tell her. Maybe tearing my labels off was making too much noise for her to hear me. I ask for a copy of the sheet with the labels to which she replied, that's my copy but it was actually her original since I ask for a copy. Nothing but nasty remarks when trying to find out why she was tearing off all my new battery labels. I'm also out of wrecker money but it's not their money so they don't care.

I found that my radiator cap had issues after conducting a pressure test on the radiator I thought I noticed a faint odor of anti-freeze the last time I parked my 2004 Jeep Wrangler TJ and although I didn't think it was serious I decided to put it on the list of things to check. After doing an inspection of the front suspension after feeling a slight vibration I suspected it was the drag-link but I was happy to find it was only the pitman tie-rod end and fortunately Advance Auto Parts had a replacement part in stock so I could complete the installation while it was still in the shop. This is a great location staffed with friendly and knowledgeable folks and the prices are reasonable. I'll definitely return to this location if I need something automotive when in the area...

Last week, the Oil Change place tried to use the cabin filter, but it was the wrong size. The International Speedway store exchanged the cabin filter and charged me the difference. Afterward, it occurred to me that the Air Filter is probably wrong too. Today, Matt at Ormond Beach Advance Auto Parts said he couldn't help me b/c no receipt and no phone # on file (International Speedway used my credit card stmt). I pointed out, "International Speedway has skills that you don't have?", still unable to exchange the wrong part. I went back to International Speedway, and they exchanged the wrong air filter (like they did the cabin filter last week). The 11/25/25 mistake is an honest mistake, Matt's poor customer service is a 1 Star Review.

I just purchased this 2004 Jeep Wrangler TJ from a private owner and I love that it has Wilson's…read morefingerprints all over it - The owner who had the vision to take this Jeep to get it tricked out here had me sold after the first test drive. I climbed all over this vehicle right out of the shop and the more I looked the more I wanted it and it seemed that the upgrades were endless. What arrived here as a stock 2004 4.0 L with 190 h.p. became a little unleashed with the installation of a Sprintex Supercharger which effectively adds about 40% more horsepower and 35%+ more torque. The flow master exhaust system nets approximately another 10% horsepower all combined its a noticeable difference believe me. The full lift, suspension and springs with "Fox" shocks allowed it to be fitted with new 17" "Fuel Rims" and 33" ToyoTires, aggressive and highly stable on the highway yet provides all the technical toughness needed to go off-road. New brakes and hardware stops this beast on a dime, rhino rust protection inside and out, dressed with "Rock Hard" custom bumpers and a 9,500 pound Smittybilt XRP Winch and beautiful new paint inside and out and I love the front to rear LED lighting and wiring upgrades - the upgraded interior is neat but still allows me to put my personal touch to finish it that will make it mine. The quality of the parts installed and the workmanship is incredible - I certainly will stop in when I'm in the area and check these guys out. If you've ever owned a Jeep you know it's a dynamic process because the fun never ends...
