A few years ago a car that belong to a relative of mine was towed to this company. They refused to give the car back. Kept the tags and all. Also had the audacity to say I needed to speak with management who I found out didn't exist. I had to go get my plate and items out of the car at the yard the other day and had the nicest interactions with Melissa and Don while there. I couldn't get into my trunk due to the battery being disconnected (and destroyed) and they went out of their way to help get it open for me. They were friendly, helpful, and responsive when I needed assistance after a crappy situation. I would recommend them if you ever need a towing service, and have heard by word of mouth that they are skilled and fair with their mechanic service.
