I guarantee, from the second you walk in the door and the employees are all either playing games or watching movies on their phones to all of them, including the store manager will be hanging on the counter. They make you feel as though you're disturbing them if you ask a question. I asked for a specific cleaner for my vehicle and was pointed to an aisle. I still couldn't find it, but they could care less as they proceeded to sit on their phones. I'm amazed and will never be back here.

I jumped in the car because I had to be somewhere, and of course the car was dead. knowing it was a new battery my dilemma was I could not get to the Autozone, store approximately 3 1/2 miles down the road and I had no idea if I could get the help I needed because no family member lives anywhere near me so I called in Palm Coast and a gentleman by the name of Henry answered the phone later to find out he is the manager, and he said how can I help you and I heard lots of activity around the front counter, and I said if you're busy, you're welcome to call me back. He quickly responded, you're a customer as well, how can I help you? Immediately asked what my problem was. I explained that I'm not healthy. I bought a brand new battery thinking it would be strong because I don't use the car much but it's still failed of course from the parasitic draining. I said is there any chance in the world I could pay anybody in the store maybe during lunch or break to change the battery or bring me the battery because I couldn't even lift it if someone brought me a new one at my age. He said to me "hey Ray, it's real busy in the store and I have a delivery here but let me think about it. Give me some time and I'll do the best I can." I truly don't believe it was only 10 minutes later and my phone rings and he says hey it's Henry. What's your Address? I was shocked because although he was busy he heard my voice that I needed help. He was at my home in 15 minutes with a brand new battery & rang my doorbell and said open the garage. He changed the battery in less than 10 minutes. I started the car and I was back in Business and safe once again My goodness, Autozone, always advertises they're willing to help and they're willing to lend Tools and I never forgot even the day I bought the battery at the store, they rolled the cart out with the Tools installed it for me, cleaned the terminals, etc. This act of kindness was over and above anything I ever expected even from Great Customer Service. Truth be told Henry put tears in my eyes when he was in my garage, helping me, and I know that the God that I serve, my most gracious God sent him to me and to prove it, his license plate actually says God and I knew for sure that my Lord heard my plea and sent me an angel to rescue me This is 100% accurate and truthful If you want good service and you want a great place to do business with, then you should develop a reputation with Autozone. Every customer is important to them and they proved it once again. Please choose Autozone,, and you will never be disappointed!!! Bravo Henry! I truly hope that the superiors in the corporate offices of Autozone, get to read my review. But I vaguely remember that I was told that Palm Coast Ford could help me out with vehicle servicing. I called and spoke with a great lady and she said told me the first available appointment wouldn't work for me, since I was at work. Then she says, "Oh, that is okay, we can come to you and get your car, do the work and bring it back." I'm still blown away, they picked up my car from my house, did my car's maintenance, and returned it promptly. So many stars.

What a joke to order a gauge cluster for a 78 malibu with the speedo and tac opening being 4 1/2…read moreinches. The fuel,oil,temp and volt is cut to 2 1/2 inches. Apparently China dont do well with inches!!! All gauges are typically 3 3/8 for speedo and tach. The other 4 are 2 1/8. I spent $450 for this turd that even need to paint dur to discoloration and if I want to return it there gonna charge me 25 % restock fee not to mention shipping cost. Yes I now know what they put in small print about the precut hole sizes but it also says factory gauges will fit right in What a fricken joke!! If anyone knows where to get a set of mechanical gauges that fit these oversized holes please let me know!!
