I'm not going to slam them but this was not a great experience so I wanted to share. 5 months into this roof the first storm (not a hurricane) the roof failed and we lost a ton of shingles. It was only a 5 month old roof. I told my builder who gave me the number of the owner. The owner came over and replaced them but I HAD TO PAY FOR THE 10 SHINGLES, he billed me! Wow. BUT HE gave me free labor. I want to note that my next door neighbor with a 20 year old roof lost zero shingles. Really, a roof failed that early? Fast forward 2 years. A hurricane that hit the west side of florida, Milton , not even a direct hit happened. We lost shingles on all 4 sides of the roof. No other neighbors lost them like we did. Again, this roof is supposedly only 3 years old. Everyone on my street was shocked. I did point it out to the builder who supposedly had us on a 10 year warranty. My builder said we were SOL and texted me DDRS number. I just decided to cut my losses and pay out of pocket for a metal roof in 2025

I called the date it was suposed to be done, it was not, then when it was ready (over a day and a half later), I found close to a dozen spots which were not fixed/addressed. To sum up my review: workmanship amazing but customer service 0…read more I have had several items made for my home when it was constructed. 20 years later my wife wanted a custom gate for the front. A stop by the office to meet with the lady at the desk and schedule the first appointment. The owner came out and did measurements. I went out and saw him and discuss what I was looking to get for a custom gate that would also prevent my three little dogs from going through it. After he was done with his measurements he left without ever saying anything to me. About a month later I called to find out what the status was and was told that he was getting the design together and will be sending it to me soon. Shortly after that I received an email with the design and my wife and I returned back to the office to discuss changes to that design to make sure that our little dogs cannot go through the gate. A month later they scheduled a "final measurement appointment" but did not show up on that appointment day. We were notified that he was busy and would be rescheduled for the following week. Unfortunately no one showed up on that day either. He must have stopped by because a few more months later I was told they were ready for a down payment and to finalize the plan. We again stoped by the office and discussed things with the ladies and put our down payment in. A few more months later and I called to find out how things were progressing. Finishing soon then will call me to schedule the install. I called another month later and made the appointment for the Instal. I called the morning of the install to make sure we were still a go and was told "sorry they were behind and would have to reschedule the next week. Today called again to confirm and YES. They will be out after noon. Checked in at 3 and still going. At 5 I received a call to ask if I still wanted to get it installed today or first thing in the morning. This was my only day off so they did install it @5pm. They were very good and did a great job. The gait looks great and will be looking good for decades to come.
