Doing a high quality job with concern for the customer, doing it right and being honest and ethical about it seems lacking these days , but NOT at ATEC. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company!! Called for service on our…read moredryer vent. Quote was a little more than expected, but selected this company because of the excellent reviews. There are so many air vent cleaners out there and they are pushy, irritating salesmen, not reputable. Not so with Coastal Cleaning! Told us that they could be out the next day. I explained we were having our generator serviced and they said they would come as soon possible to avoid a conflict. Next day, to our amazement, Boris (the owner) called to say he could come out early so as not to interfere with the electrical company. We agreed. He arrived on time and explained his process. He would access the dryer vent from the roof. Took him less than 30 minutes to complete the job. While he was working, his wife sent an estimate we requested for whole house air duct cleaning. Turns out, their quote was much LESS than several other companies who inspected the house, quoted exorbitant fees and didn't show up on time! Coastal even included a $50 discount!! After finishing the dryer vent job, Boris showed us pictures of the large amount of lint caught in the vent. Also showed us the capacity test before and after the job so we could see the improvement. We were so pleased!! Boris said he does all work himself so we could be assured of attentive work product. In sum, we give this company the highest rating possible. Forthright, efficient and trustworthy. Including competitive pricing for the estimate. You cannot go wrong with Coastal Air Duct & Dryer Vent Svcs!
