    I've been using Robbins since 2014 for RV storage or repairs. They're my favorite for trusted, reliable and honest repair work.

I found that my radiator cap had issues after conducting a pressure test on the radiator I thought I noticed a faint odor of anti-freeze the last time I parked my 2004 Jeep Wrangler TJ and although I didn't think it was serious I decided to put it on the list of things to check. After doing an inspection of the front suspension after feeling a slight vibration I suspected it was the drag-link but I was happy to find it was only the pitman tie-rod end and fortunately Advance Auto Parts had a replacement part in stock so I could complete the installation while it was still in the shop. This is a great location staffed with friendly and knowledgeable folks and the prices are reasonable. I'll definitely return to this location if I need something automotive when in the area...

Last week, the Oil Change place tried to use the cabin filter, but it was the wrong size. The International Speedway store exchanged the cabin filter and charged me the difference. Afterward, it occurred to me that the Air Filter is probably wrong too. Today, Matt at Ormond Beach Advance Auto Parts said he couldn't help me b/c no receipt and no phone # on file (International Speedway used my credit card stmt). I pointed out, "International Speedway has skills that you don't have?", still unable to exchange the wrong part. I went back to International Speedway, and they exchanged the wrong air filter (like they did the cabin filter last week). The 11/25/25 mistake is an honest mistake, Matt's poor customer service is a 1 Star Review.

    Had a battery go bad that was still under warranty, and the women (Debbie) there said the battery…read morewasn't registered to my truck and would not warranty my new battery. AUTOZONE installed the battery so if it wasn't registered to my truck, the installer didn't do his job and nothing was required by me the last 9 years of buying batteries there so why void my warranty plus she removed every label off my new battery including the warnings labels. She said if I wanted a warranty, I could buy the battery that was under warranty? Real professionalism! I was in there 4/24/26 to have the battery (same one they installed) checked and was told it, starter and alternator were all good. 2 Weeks later truck had to be towed because it wouldn't start. BAD BATTERY! I had Gary Yeoman diagnose my truck thinking the battery was good like I was previously told by Autozone and they removed it for me to take it back to Autozone since it was still under warranty. The only other place to touch that battery other than AutoZone the last 3 years. I been a customer for 30 years but after her behavior I will be going up the road to O'Reilly's. Bullying disabled 66-year-old female seniors is her specialty. Nothing professional about her both times I've encountered her. Beware they can cancel your warranty, "just because". I'm contacting BBB next because this is nothing more than greed! I have a new battery but no 3-year warranty because she has a bad attitude and so do I now! Guess she judged me as a liar since she didn't want to hear anything I was trying to tell her. Maybe tearing my labels off was making too much noise for her to hear me. I ask for a copy of the sheet with the labels to which she replied, that's my copy but it was actually her original since I ask for a copy. Nothing but nasty remarks when trying to find out why she was tearing off all my new battery labels. I'm also out of wrecker money but it's not their money so they don't care.

    The service was a joke. they sent Austin out 3 times over a month and would not install the new…read morewindshield he's at the Daytona Beach office on nova road in Florida. I was treated terrible and my security cameras recorded every time with sound because I asked him last time I seen him If I fix this problem then what and he said then grind the paint off the metal where the windshield goes so he decided a long time ago he was never going to install it but he liked coming over to watch me beg for it like a dog. After waiting for a month. The up side is I called a different glass company and they installed it the next day. it looks really beautiful now. Just my opinion Austin did say he can't install because he might lose his job so he must only getting paid by the hour because he doesn't want to work. so he driving around on satellite's dime that's sad. yelp says this is going on a pattern and many reviews say they won't install other windshields either. I have a 2005 Ford truck. The first appointment was 5/26/26. The last appointment was some gentleman called me and he sounded like a nice guy but instead of someone new coming out who might of installed it. They sent Austin again. He came out on 05/13/26 and took pictures and left. Thanks Austin . So 05/15/26 I called precision Glass and they installed the next day.
