Well...the saga continues. Battery totally died a week after finding the negative battery loose. We were in town, so I was able to take it to my trusty mechanic. He tested and charged the battery and wasn't able to get it over 9 volts. Jiffy Lube not only left the negative terminal loose, but he never load tested the battery before installing. It's very common for new batteries to have bad cells, but most installers test the new batteries. So, why did their star GO UP? Well, awesome customer service by the manager Will. He not only refunded the battery cost of $209, he refunded the install fee, parts, and taxes as well. A FULL REFUND. Gotta say, I did not expect that. I moved to Florida recently from a state where jiffy lubes are many and plentiful. I drive 30 minutes to this location for my oil changes and other services and they have yet to disappoint. If you visit different jiffy lubes, you may notice some differ from others. This shop, is one of the shops built to be a jiffy lube business rather than outfitting an existing building. It's spacious, easy to pull into, and they give free car washes with my full synthetic oil change. The staff is very nice and accommodating during my whole visit. The manager on duty, I forget his name, but he is a rockstar. If you get your oil changes, tire rotations, transmission service, or spark plugs done anywhere else or the dealership. Do yourself a favor and save money at this jiffy lube! They always have local coupons as well ! read more

I came here after a synthetic oil change to just pick up a set of wipers. They don't come out to greet you, they wave you to drive in. By the time the tech walks up to my window to ask me why I'm there, they already drained out my new oil into their drain pan. The manager gave me two choices, to either have them install their drain oil mixed with who knows what, poured back into my engine, or pay for another oil change FOR THEIR MISTAKE! Never ever go to an incompetent quick lube. They have no way to lubricate my steering and chassis either. What can I say, I hadn't been to this location, much less any Jiffy Lube in quite some time, but after having a routine oil change at this particular one, I drove away feeling satisfied and even impressed with the wonderful customer service I received. Every single staff member I encountered was polite and super friendly from the moment I drove up. The prices have increased over the years, but I was even given a discount coupon price (even without having an actual coupon). Everything was thoroughly explained to me and the service was prompt. Hello. First I would like to say I have brought all my vehicles here, the crew has always been so great! I think I have put it a not so good review of some other store over 10 years ago as I hardly ever write reviews. I spend approx $3000 per year just at this jiffy lube. However, as of this morning, 02/20/2022, I attempted service to put rotors and brakes on my vehicle. This would be around the fourth time I have had this done on my vehicle. I spoke with a gentlemen, apparently a new manager I've never seen before, who stated they have been charging me way too low on previous visits and this visit it would cost me hundreds of dollars more for the same service I've had done for years here. The manager just shrugged his shoulders. again, I said I've spent a lot of money here over the years and he may have just lost a customer over this. Hundreds more ? Again, he shrugged his shoulders. I am so upset I've had the same Dodge Charger since 2008 got it with 13 miles on it. I got a oil change at the Jiffy Lube in Melbourne and lo and behold the very next day my car jumped and stalled out I have always had my oil changed on time and maintenance upkept on my car that I got from my dying mother now I think that it's totaled. By far the worst experience I have ever had. When they replaced the oil and put the plug back in they striped it and oil started leaking days later. We brought it back and they found the issue after having us wait for over an hour. They claimed they put a temporary plug in and had to order a new oil pan. Well the temporary oil plug drained oil like crazy and ruined our weekend plans because we couldn't leave town. They didn't want to pay for a rental to help us out. They finally got a replacement oil pan and replaced it several days later. I would never recommend this place. If you have to double and triple check to see if they are doing their job, they are not trustworthy. They are more about quantity rather than the quality of their work. read more

This is the first review I've ever given and since I've had so much time I decided to download the app and decompress. Jiffy lube in VA is on top of things. These guys are very quick and thorough. I was happy with the service. I gave a 2 because their billing practice is shady. If I am quoted a price for an oil change, it should include all of the replacement oil, not a partial fill with a remaining balance for the last two quarts. They offered to change my air cleaner for 59.99. Its available at autozone for 15.00. Same with the cabin filter. I asked for a tire rotation, they charged me 4.95 for nitrogen in my tires but i got the truck back with three less pounds in each tire. So take that for what its worth. I personally won't go back. Their 51.99 blend oil change is really 75.00. read more

At first when I arrived I was impressed with courteous attendant who told me the signature oil change would only take 10 minutes.Females beware! felt like they looked at me at an easy mark if they had their way I would have spent 500$ on changing out every fluid in my car. I NEVER signed an estimate, and waited over 90 minutes. When I expressed my dissatisfaction to the attendant checking out his words were technically still polite the guy was very defensive and rude when I stated I felt like they got me today. read more

I needed a oil change on my Volkswagen and took it to Jiffy Lube since it was close by and quick. Once they were half way through the service, they called me up to tell me there were parts/fluids to be replaced that were several hundred dollars! According to a trusted mechanic friend, some of the services they were recommending should never be done. They also charge a fee for tire rotation. Save your money and take your business to Tire Kingdom!! It may take a little longer but you will get a better service and free rotation with an oil change! I went there on a saturday and while they did the oil change they also told me that i needed to replace my brake fluid due to age of my car and mileage. Okay i bought that but then they said. I needed both rear wheel cylinders replaced that was were i decided to go to my own mechanic. He did replace both cylinders but noted my right rear tire was dangerously bad with. Tread separation. And jiffy didn't even tell me that and that they didn't even blow out the brake dust. I will not go back there again and females beware they tried to upsale. This location used to take good care of my vehicle. The last few times I went in they took extremely long and kept bringing vehicles in ahead of mine. The last straw was when I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and a tire rotate upon coming in they took my service and did the oil change. Then changed the wiper blades and proceeded to come out and tell me it would be 45 minutes for my tire rotation as there was already a vehicle in the only bay they could use for mine. 2 hours later my vehicle was still outside and the bay was empty however they were bringing in more cars to the other bays and servicing them. When I asked just to get my vehicle back they were surprised I wasn't happy. The oil and wiper blades came to &195.00 and they did not rotate my tires. However when I got in and went to drive away I noticed my tire low pressure light on. I took it back and asked why they let air out of my tires their answer was that's part of their service. Great they remove air from your tires to do an oil change. I will not bring my $200 monthly back to them and I suggest you read this before you lose your money too. read more

They couldn't take my tires off my truck for a simple rotation. They were using a sledge hammer to try and fit the lugs. They couldn't do it. I told them that I have never used a hammer to change a tire. Furthermore, i asked them to check my turn signals. They told me to my face that they were fine. Guess what my right rear turn signal is out. The manager was trying to sell things that I didn't need. I have to question whether they even changed the oil. I really dislike the grocery shopping efforts of the establishment. As I sat in the waiting lounge, customer after customer was peddled services that any semi knowledge person knows simply aren't needed. It's clear that is their business model. My car was returned with oily handprints on the exterior, door handle and all over the steering wheel. Seriously? You sat in the vehicle to move it forward 30 ft. Never again. The convenience of where it is located will not make up for the high pressure tactics and poor customer service. read more

I parked outside their garage to get a price on having my spark plugs replaced. I sat in the waiting room until an employee told me it would cost $150. I told him that was too much for changing plugs. As, I walked back to my car, another guy, probably the manager yells, "Shut the hood. He doesn't have the money!" Not only was that untrue, this manager chose to shame me in his shop, full of his staff, and all the customers, well within hearing distance. Hands down best place to get an oil change in town. My company vehicle gets a lot of miles on it, so oil changes are frequent for me, and this is the only place I will go. This place is absolutely terrible and I could never in good conscious recommend this location to anyone. My wife stopped here to get her oil changed and, as Michelle R described, she was offered every single service under the sun that she didn't need, clearly just trying to take advantage of her. She declined everything over and over again and reiterated that she just wanted her oil changed. Upon returning to pick up her car, the charge for her "oil change" was significantly higher than she expected because they slipped in a few things that her car "needed" even though it was clear it wasn't necessary and not what was agreed upon. Wow!! As a woman I dreaded getting my oil changed, but I finally decided that the time had come and I had to do it. I was treated very well and they were very prompt and helpful and so nice!!! I definitely recommend them, I could not have asked for better service. They were absolutley wonderful, went through all the prices with me, had no hidden fees. Do not go to jiffy lube !!! Please heed this warning. I brought my car in for an oil change on a Sunday. I heard a whining noise under the hood for a while, and figured it may be a power steering fluid level issue. I asked them specifically to check the level, by the way it is "included in their signature oil change". After the oil change, they signed off on the receipt that the level was OK, and we also asked them if it was full, they said yes. After a few days, the noise became louder. Took car to the dealer, and found out the level was nearly empty. I returned to Jiffy Lube to explain they did not check the level, and had a big bill proving they had not. I asked for a refund on the "service" they in reality had not provided. The manager became aggressive, to the point of assault. He told me to leave immediately, I was trespassing. I called the police in fear of being assaulted. After all was done, no refund was offered. This Jiffy on Wickham road are a bunch of crooks, and dangerous. Needless to say, we will never be back, and are trying to warn others of the terrible customer service and low quality of personnel working there read more

Very disappointed. My car has never leaked oil before but as soon as I left this place it leaked all over my parents brand new pavers (I sent them the pictures too). I ended up getting a call from the owner (John Campbell) who cussed me out because I told him how they lied to us about doing a transmission flush after we didn't ask for it, and then magically they ended up not doing it.
