After posting on a local Facebook group about some issues I was having with the speakers and subwoofers in my car, Scott was one of the few people who took the time to reach out directly. Rather than jumping to conclusions or offering a quick fix over messages, Scott took the professional route and asked to inspect the car in person before making any determinations. That level of care and thoroughness immediately stood out. When I brought my car in, Scott got to work right away. As we walked through the issues, he was already assessing the setup and pointing out multiple problems with the previous installation that I hadn't noticed. Not only did he take the time to walk me through everything he found, but he also took it upon himself to rewire my door speakers to ensure they worked correctly. In addition, he rerouted the wiring for my subwoofer using proper materials, leaving everything looking much cleaner and more professionally installed. So, about 6 weeks after Scott replaced my touchscreen, my HVAC panel stopped working. I remember…read morewhen picking up my vehicle, he disclosed that he had to push the HVAC panel back on, but he got it in. Honestly, I don't remember exactly what he said he had to do. I was just happy to have the NAV/radio back to normal, and the HVAC buttons worked, that was all I cared about. It all looked fine. Fast forward 6 weeks and the HVAC panel stopped working out of the blue. Stuck on 75 degrees, and none of the buttons would work. I brought it back to Scott, he took the battery out, thinking it might need a reset, he looked at the panel but said he didn't have an answer and said he'd put me in touch with a friend who might have an answer for me. He never did. I left him messages. Never heard back. I took the vehicle to Nissan and they want to charge me $1,200 for a new HVAC panel and I believe that whatever Scott did to get it back on messed it up. Thanks Scott.
