I brought my Honda accord in just to have the sides and back windows tinted. I had an appointment for 12pm and didn't leave until 4pm!!! Wasn't offered any discount or anything for my wait either. Staff was very informative but I seen people that came in after me and left before me. Although there was a few small bubbles and kinks I'm debating if I want to bring it back in to be fixed for the time and money I spent here. I have been to Tintworld multiple times, and the service is always excellent. In the past I have done wrap and equipment installation for my Tesla Model 3. And most recently took my Rivian R1S to get tints, PPF, ceramic coating and chrome delete. I had multiple quotes and the price was competitive, but I wouldn't pay less and sacrifice on the quality. They took great care of my car, there was just a couple of small issues with the PPF pealing in some areas, but they addressed this right away with no following issues. I brought my 1994 Dodge Viper to Pete and his staff for an ExoShield windshield coating. The windshields on the original Vipers are incredibly rare and the ExoShield coating gives it an extra strong layer of protection. They also helped me troubleshoot the alarm system! since getting my windows tinted i've had to return 2 times. I got a quote "Our packages start at 199.99 for the 4 doors and rear and go up from there based on heat rejection. If you're looking to also get the full windshield tinted it starts at 169.99" this is what was quoted. Never once mentioned tint removal till I got there and they mentioned it would be $200 more to remove the tint, so I decided to not do the front windshield and i still paid at least $660 and I didn't get the " premium package". When I picked up my car I noticed that in some spots there was dust trapped between the tint and the window as well as bubbles on the defrost lines on the back windshield, I called and went back that day they told me to let the bubbles work its self out and they would fix the window with the dust and the other bubbles that did not come out. Which they did fix the others. 2 weeks later the bubbles on the back window had not come out so I went back to have them fix it and another window that I had noticed dust trapped in, after I picked my car up there's still dust bubbles on the windows they just had "fixed". Multiple times they mentioned "you have to understand that you are looking through the tint not at it" well if I'm paying a professional, professional money it better be perfect even after they have "fixed" it and re done practically the whole car. Very frustrating having to return multiple times and it still not be perfect, if you are a professional and this is something you do every single day you should not be having customers returning to have them fix some thing that you have just done. read more
