I walked up to the window and told the clerk (Tammy) that I had already put postage on these 2 envelopes, but decided I wanted to send them Certified. She said fine as if she understood & saw the stamps I had already put on the envelopes. She proceeded to process them and even though I assumed she knew what she was doing, I did repeat to her that I had already attached the postage. She repeated she knew that, but put large $5.26 postage stickers over the top of the stamps I had already put on both of the envelopes. (Assuming she knew what she was doing, I didn't question the $5.26 on the sticker) She stamped my certified receipts with yesterday's date & had to change the date and restamp them with today's date. I answered her questions & confirmed there was nothing hazardous in the envelopes. She then proceeded to give me a total charge of $10.52 - - I repeated to her that I already paid for postage by putting the stamps on, so why was I having to pay for the postage again? She then proceeded to rudely tell me that I did not have to yell at her, (which I wasn't doing), and told me she has been there since 5 AM. I told her I had also been up since 3 AM and had been through a lot already today and so I didn't need to repay for the postage. She then complained that it was the computer that made the error... (However, we all know that she failed to enter that there was postage already attached.) She then had to remove the 2 old $5.26 postage stickers - which ripped the stamps & the envelopes! She had to tape the one envelope twice & then put the new $4.00 postage stickers on both. My new total was $8.00 - which I paid for & left. All the work I put into the paperwork enclosed in both of those envelopes & the work I put into addressing the envelopes & she made both envelopes look like crap! Why is the price of Postage going up but the IQ levels of the clerks going down? Why are we accepting less performance & paying more???

Apparently there are some restrictions in shipping cell phones. She later admitted she didn't know that. I'm pretty sure it's their job to know that. They represent FedEx but aren't actually FedEx. I can't put in a claim unless they do it and she refuses to. Zero customer service. I lost 157$ and an expensive cell phone. My son works off his phone and had to fly back to the United States. It would have been cheaper for him to fly back and me hand him the phone in person. It's been 6 weeks. I won't ever use this company of FedEx. The owner said she could have the phone shipped back for 97$. I don't trust her and refuse to spend any more money on this. Complete lack of knowledge for shipping internationally. So sorry I put my trust in them. Found out later that it would have cost 70 thru post office.

I…read moreknow once I saw someone who didn't seem okay in the dmv and I reported it to the front clerk. In the other offices for home taxes and property review. It was just a weird experience. I would ask for help a woman commented that's not my job. So it left me confused. I do look forward to coming back and seeking the correct answers and even an email to message a manager about the customer service. When I recently went back to get my hunters license the lady was very helpful and nice. I do hope the experiences here get better.

Although the early voting has ceased, you can still drop off your mail-in ballot. With all the strange things that has happened with the ballots... burning, thrown in the woods and falling off the truck, I prefer to bring it in person than send it in the mail. They had signs outside to make it very easy to find the right entrance. And a kind gentleman was waiting as soon as I stepped inside with a sticker and opened the mail slot for me. When I entered the store there was no one waiting. There was a young lady arguing with what appeared to be her ex partner and and issue with her children being dropped off at daycare. I waited until she came to the counter. I told her she was sorry she was having a bad morning. She began to tell the other people behind me to do the self service kiosk and was quite rude. I told her it was not their fault that she was in having a bad morning. She then told me to go to go to the kiosk as she quit and that they never staff adequately. All I wanted was a receipt that the items I had (large boxes) were sent. I am handicapped and it was an effort moving the boxes. I tried to find out who the owner are to place my discontent, but I couldn't find the information. I just wanted you to know.
