I live around the corner from the medium-small stripmall where the Publix, Goodwill, small shops,…read moreand this pack-mart are located. I've been in town for nine years. I've used this little office perhaps two or three dozen times and I've never had less than a perfect experience. I'm sorry to hear that the other yelpers had a bad time but it really looks to me like they were reporting experiences that had nothing to do the effort or expertise of the people behind the counter. The same two young adult women are always in the shop. I have asked their names, Marilyn and Kelly, and they take personal ownership of what happens in their clean and neat shop and the way that packages letters and small sundry mailing related items are handled. Honestly, I don't know what things cost compared to anyplace else because when I have to use UPS or FedEx, that's all there is to it. I have found their service consistently pleasant efficient and personal. Most of the time the work I bring them is paid for elsewhere by someone else and they receive no revenue for the jobs I ask them to do. So, last time, I brought them some flowers. That's how nice they are. And good. Like anywhere else, everyone is busy so conversations have to be brief, but I'm really pleased with how personable they make the small effort to be. Then again, maybe it's me! So while I'm sorry that other people claim to have had bad experiences with which they attach to the staff that is here, mine is been exactly opposite. You don't know me, but I have no problem writing severe and harsh criticism. That is not the case at this location. I certify what I have written above to be completely true and correct, I have no business or ownership relation, and I certainly intend to continue using this service facility.

Left my shipping job to Packmart to be packed and freighter to CA. Shipping quote came in too high…read more I instructed Packmart to pack only. They explained their owner had to bring in the materials. 2 days later, no materials, no packing. Saturday: no materials, no packing. I attempted to explain to Alan that the packing had become time sensitive, that my customer was sending his own shipper. Alan became defensive and rude, couldn't produce the packing materials I was supposedly waiting on, so I recovered my shipment and left. Absolutely the worst customer service, and rudest treatment I've experienced doing business. Ever. Don't bother with that business. No point.

Quick, friendly service and a convenient and nice place to ship packages…read moreI stopped at Postal Connection in Indian Harbour Beach to ship a package and had a very pleasant experience. The store is located near the intersection of Eau Gallie Boulevard and A1A, in the shopping area near Walmart. It is a small storefront with plenty of parking available nearby, making it convenient to get in and out. I don't use shipping and mailing services very often, so I wasn't quite sure how long the process would take or what to expect. When I walked in, I noticed that the overhead lights were not turned on, but the Florida sunshine coming through the front entrance and storefront windows provided plenty of light inside. The store was clean and appeared well organized. There was a very pleasant lady working at the counter who helped me with my package. She was friendly, professional and very efficient. I was actually surprised at how quickly everything went. From the time I walked in until my shipping transaction was completed, it took less than two minutes. That is the kind of service I really appreciate, especially when I am just trying to take care of a quick errand. The location is convenient, parking is easy, and the staff made the entire process simple and pleasant. Although this was my first experience using this particular location, I was very satisfied with the service and plan to use them again whenever I need to ship something. Overall, I would definitely recommend Postal Connection to anyone in the Indian Harbour Beach area looking for a convenient place to ship packages with friendly and efficient service. Enjoy!

Almost ALL Post Office employees are bullied and demeaned by their supervisors for not working fast…read moreenough. Fact. This fosters mistakes, mistake, mistakes. A permanent, career postman knows his/her job, but the new people are untrained and thrown out (and belittled everyday). We cannot expect reliable delivery. West Mel post office is one of the best in Brevard and they still are fraught with overburdened related mistakes. To the workers A+ job, to the supervisors, through to the POSTMASTER you're the ones doing the crummy job. Mail tracked delivered, ended up blocks away at someone else's house. My good neighbor brought it to me.
