I should have waited to go to the gentleman that was at the other window - he is ALWAYS Awesome!!!! Anyway, let me tell you about what happened today... I walked up to the window and told the clerk (Tammy) that I had already put postage on these 2 envelopes, but decided I wanted to send them Certified. She said fine as if she understood & saw the stamps I had already put on the envelopes. She proceeded to process them and even though I assumed she knew what she was doing, I did repeat to her that I had already attached the postage. She repeated she knew that, but put large $5.26 postage stickers over the top of the stamps I had already put on both of the envelopes. (Assuming she knew what she was doing, I didn't question the $5.26 on the sticker) She stamped my certified receipts with yesterday's date & had to change the date and restamp them with today's date. I answered her questions & confirmed there was nothing hazardous in the envelopes. She then proceeded to give me a total charge of $10.52 - - I repeated to her that I already paid for postage by putting the stamps on, so why was I having to pay for the postage again? She then proceeded to rudely tell me that I did not have to yell at her, (which I wasn't doing), and told me she has been there since 5 AM. I told her I had also been up since 3 AM and had been through a lot already today and so I didn't need to repay for the postage. She then complained that it was the computer that made the error... (However, we all know that she failed to enter that there was postage already attached.) She then had to remove the 2 old $5.26 postage stickers - which ripped the stamps & the envelopes! She had to tape the one envelope twice & then put the new $4.00 postage stickers on both. My new total was $8.00 - which I paid for & left. All the work I put into the paperwork enclosed in both of those envelopes & the work I put into addressing the envelopes & she made both envelopes look like crap! Why is the price of Postage going up but the IQ levels of the clerks going down? Why are we accepting less performance & paying more??? read more

Cordial. They do a good job and their job is not easy. It always amazes me as how well the US postal service works.

I haven't received my mail in 4 weeks upon moving from Melbourne to Palm Bay Florida went twice and I was told to come back in 2 weeks the locker keys are on back order! I asked were is my mail? The head guy said I should put a hold on my mail until the keys come in. Well I did everything I was suppose to do and this young girl said I needed my lease and my photo. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Avoid this place all together, especially the postmaster named Nancy. We came in towards the end of the day with packages and she had nothing but ill remarks to say to us. Her attitude is rude and sarcastic. We have come to this post office many times, and almost EVERY time, we get talked down to like we are nobody by her specifically. She constantly complains and has some snooty remarks to say either directly to us, or under her breath, but loud enough for us to hear. She also barks commands at us like we're little children. Nancy, if you're reading this, please get another job if you've got nothing else to do but complain about your current one. All you do is scan packages and weigh some, and put labels on them in a comfortable, air conditioned building. Be appreciative that you even have a job. That being said, today was the LAST straw, and I have contacted USPS directly about this problem. Will take this further if nothing is done about this woman's horrible attitude and customer service. read more

NO NO NO They **never, ever** forward our mail or packages. They constantly end up being returned to the sender. When I call to inquire about where our mail and packages are, the employees are rude, short and hang up on me. We've also had things "go missing", as in they were marked as "out for delivery" or "delivered" when there was not anything delivered (I work from home, I'm always here). read more

I seriously hate writing bad reviews, but if it's bad enough, I'll take time out of my day to write one. Not sure who his name is but he probably would have to be the worst customer service person I'd ever have come in contact. I've worked customer service for over 6+ years and would never talk to someone like he did on two occasions. One with my husband and once with me. Not only was he not helpful at all and couldn't tell me where my perishable food package was, he gave me false information about it instead of asking more questions about the situation, then gave me an attitude about it. Dude, if you don't enjoy your job, then leave. If you can, avoid calling this place. read more

This is the worst PO I've ever had. Many of the staff are rude, condescending and swear loudly in front of people. It's been almost two weeks and they STILL haven't changed the lock to my new mailbox and when I voiced my concern I was told "we'll get to it when we have time" and they refuse to hold our mail until they get it fixed. read more

This PO is the worst, again no CS Help, tracking package information is 2 days behind ! This PO has yet to actually deliver a package to this little girl in 3years. They lose it, damage it or just refuse to deliver. Had I known this Shipper was going to change from UPS to US Post Office, I would have not purchased the gift for my granddaughter. read more

This place is horrible. They don't answers calls. They don't give you your packages when it says its at the place because its not the delivery date. The lady working said "oh we have so much stuff back there we can't find it for you just wait for it to be delivered". If its in your system it shouldn't be that hard to find. Unwilling to cooperate with customers even though they are not busy at all. read more

I usually let poor customer sevice slide and not leave a review but I felt compelled to do so this time. I'm sure this is not the first complaint the usps has gotten regarding the agent behind the counter. I believe his name is Mike Kidd (bald guy with glasses) he was extremely rude to other customers and myself. In the past I have seen him be rude to 3 other customers one after the other. Was mind boggling how he could still be working up front with customers. I think management should find a new position that doesn't require him to interact with customers. I asked him to let me scan the package barcode for my eBay customer to get the tracking number and he wouldn't let me. He went off that I can't take pictures. I tried explaining to him that it wasn't a picture. Just a scanning app. He proceeded to call his manager to say I was taking pictures and I even pointed out a sign on their counter that also had a QR code for customers to scan. He insisted that that could be only done outside the facility. They really don't understand technology. read more
