Mail seems to go missing from this Post Office location. Considering I am putting my return address on these envelopes, and they don't get back to me I can assume they are being intercepted and stolen in the mail room itself. When the same recipient sends me mail, I do eventually receive it although it takes like 10 days to do so. Conclusion is it is an internal issue. I am beyond pissed off. Pretty sad when you can't even count on your mail ever getting to its destination.

I can't put in a claim unless they do it and she refuses to. Zero customer service. I lost 157$ and an expensive cell phone. My son works off his phone and had to fly back to the United States. It would have been cheaper for him to fly back and me hand him the phone in person. It's been 6 weeks. I won't ever use this company of FedEx. The owner said she could have the phone shipped back for 97$. I don't trust her and refuse to spend any more money on this. Complete lack of knowledge for shipping internationally.
