they might want to hire someone who isn't an asshole to work the front desk. those people are supposed to be the ones who make you feel welcome but YIKES the last lady was so rude i probably won't return. she gave back 4 of my packages that she "couldn't ship" even though i went 2 miles down the road to a different usps and got every single one of them shipped without issues at all. i've never had someone from usps talk to me as rudely as this and have never been downgraded this bad by someone who has a customer service position. instead of trying to help or give me any solutions she decided to question what tools i was using and told me to get new ones as if she knows my life right now. there was absolutely no respectful words that came out of her mouth. i'm extremely disappointed this time around and I WILL be going to literally any other usps office than this one. do yourself a favor and drive a tiny bit further down the road to avoid whoever that lady was because that experience was down right awful and degrading. read more
