I was on a bike ride and had trouble with my gear shifter. I stopped for an emergency repair and I couldn't have had a better experience! My bike was repaired on the spot and I wasn't charged. I was given great advice, also for free. It was a very pleasant transaction and I'll be going back for the complete repair asap. read more

Very accommodating! I have a short sister and they went out of their way to make sure she was comfortable. They modified the seat for her! Not just lowered, they had to cut it. She is 4'11"! I laughed about it way too hard but seriously cool of them. New style and very light Trek bikes. We carried them up one flight of stairs easily. I also enjoyed that they had 2 shops. Each close to a bridge. Both shops had great staff. Bikes our definitely up there with our favorite things to do on vacation now. We had a blast! read more

Bob's Beach bicycles calls above beyond. How are you doing the extra things needed to help you out I would never take my bicycle anywhere else read more

Fantastic! We rented 2 bikes for the weekend. Friendly staff helped with adjusting seats and suggesting trails. Nice Trek hybrids perfect for long or short rides. read more

This was the bike shop, but corona virus has left there inventory completely empty. They were very nice and friendly. But had 0 bikes and were years out. Sad some of the other shops were more prepared and started ordering bikes when everyone was clueless. Definitely still the place to go get your service done though. read more

I moved out here from California just over two years ago. I do miss the trails and the elevation. I used to take my MB to a highly reputable place that sold and tuned up thousands of bikes. NEVER did my bike get tuned up as good as it was just done at Bob's. No joke, my bike had never worked as good, not even brand new, as it does now. I don't write many reviews, but every now and then when some exceeds my expectations, I like to give them kudos. Bob's Beach Bicycle Works far exceeded my expectations. Thanks everyone!!!!! read more

I loved this bike shop! I have been looking for a recumbent trike and had a pretty bad experience at another shop located in Vero. I decided to try this place based on the great reviews and they did not disappoint! Scott who helped us couldn't have been any nicer. He patiently answered all my questions and was extremely knowledgeable about this type of bike. The shop reminded me of bike shops that I used to go to- they clearly knew and loved their craft. Thank you so much for such a great experience! read more

Not the friendliest place in town but that aside, work was excellent and very prompt I would go back.

I've taken my mountain bike to Bob's several times for repairs and was pleased with their service. But, not this time. My bike has a "scrunching noise" when pedaling it. After spending $145 dollars for parts and labor, they still couldn't identify or fix the problem. Not only that, but now they've replaced the lower bracket bearings twice in the past 10 months. When I first walked in there, they were very short with me saying it would take a week and a half before they could do the work. After leaving the bike over night, I decided to take it to another shop, but unfortunately, they were already repairing it when I arrived. Had I known that was going to happen, I wouldn't have taken it there and definitely won't again! read more

Really nice people would go there again. Tested a couple bikes they are a great place good quality bikes.

Super easy. Bikes are in great condition. Price is very fair. Staff is helpful. No complaints.

Scott was wonderful! When I pointed out what looked like a scratch on my wife's bike. He took a good look and determined that the frame had cracked. He then processed all the paperwork to get her a new bicycle as the frame is guaranteed for life. We picked up the new bike last weekend. A new bike at no cost to us! I will forever drive out of my way to visit this shop. Excellent customer service. read more

Great experience renting bikes from here! Great bikes, decent prices. We will definitely return.

I've only bought some small items there. Most often I've just brought in a wheel to get the sprocket off. So far they've done that as a courtesy. I've offered to pay. I have brought in some friends to show them a bicycle built for 2. Not an antique, Bob's has them occasionally. When they move into a new apartment with a garage they'll probably buy one there. read more

We rented 4 bikes for the day. They were super friendly and quick to point out local bike routes for us out of towners. The daily prices range from $20 (for cruisers) to $35 (for 3 speeds). Because they close early on Sundays they offered to let us return the bikes on Monday morning at no additional charge. I highly recommend these guys. Be forwarned, however: a fully refundable $200 deposit is required for each bike. We rented 4 bikes, so the total deposit was $800. I'd advise anyone interested in a rental to make sure you have the funds to cover this charge (yes, they do run the card for the money, then refund it later). read more

A friend of mine and I stopped in to this shop yesterday to look at bikes in order to purchase one. We were just starting shopping and were not quite sure of what we wanted to get her, and were really looking for information. Unfortunately, the salesperson decided to make fun of the fact that we were not totally versed in all of the details of the type of bicycle that we were looking for, and could not express it that well. We ended up purchasing a bicycle that perfectly fit her needs at another facility, who's salesperson was more than happy to be patient with us while we made a good decision on what to purchase. We did learn that the shop in Indialantic is not the place to go to for anything in the future. We were just grateful there are other facilities to do business with. read more

I rented a road bike for a day to take a trip down the barrier island - Mark and Ryan were super helpful, spent a half hour changing the cleats out on my shoes at no chage, so they would work with the Look pedals on the road bike. Very good service, they supplied me with helmet, water bottle, spare tube, tire irons and pump. They would even have put running lights on, except I had brought my own. Highly recommend! read more
