We wanted to take my oldest son and his wife just in from Missouri. This was my first time, along with my oldest and his wife. My wife and my youngest knew what to expect. This trip was the best excursion trip I have ever taken. Capt. Scott is extremely knowledgeable of the ecosystem, and knows the marsh like the back of his hand. He mentioned he has been on the river in an airboat since age 14. We went all over, spotted many alligators, got to see several, active gator nests, and had a beautiful sunset. If you go on a airboat trip, this is the one. I have friends who have been on trips, and they lasted maybe and hour. We were out for four hours! We visited some really secluded areas, went to an Indian mound, and viewed several alligator nests. We actually viewed alligators swimming right next to our boat. The captain is super nice, very accommodating, an excellent and adept pilot, and just a super nice guy. He is a nuisance alligator removal expert for the state of Florida. I just cannot recommend this trip more. Please, if you are going to book an airboat tour, this is the place to go! 4 stars-would have given more if possible.

Get everything in writing, don't take them at their word, beware the "fully refundable" extended…read morewarranty. I'm not surprised that there are so many 5 star and 1 star reviews. Nick is great during the sales process, and I think we got a fair deal. After the sale is a completely different story. We opted to purchase Boat n Motors "fully refundable" extended warranty. I wasn't sure I'd keep the boat for more than a few years, and asked whether the warranty was refundable. Nick said yes. Cancel anytime, so long as you don't use it, you'll get a full refund. Decided to sell the boat recently, and requested a full refund on the extended warranty, in person. Was told no problem, but after a month I didn't get a check. Called and was told it was in the mail. Two weeks later I stopped by again and heard "we will get right on that." Nothing. More calls from me, no response from Boat and Motors. More in store visits. Finally I get a partial refund, less than half the amount paid. I called several times and was told they'd sort it out and get back to me. No return calls. Zero. I stopped by 2 more time and was promised by Nick that he's sort it out. Nothing. Called more, zero return calls. Don't believe anything you're told by Nick, including his famous "I'll get right back to you." Get everything in writing and read the small print. Don't believe anything you're told.
