I have a relatively small bike/scooter and needed a few bolts for the muffler, and eventually serviced. GP Bikes had a lot of positive reviews. I gave em a shot, and the bolts were so much cheaper than other places were going to charge me. I was so pleased with the price I decided to get my scooter serviced, and again the price was amazing compared to other places. It didn't need much, but it was done in less than a day, too! I am still relatively new to biking, so I asked some question and they gave me a quick but informative rundown on what they serviced, and what will need to be fixed in the near future! After my wife got cancer, I drove my BMW motorcycle into the garage and parked it for 10-years. My wife survived, but did my bike?. GP Bikes came and got it, and with loving care got it back up and running for a reasonable price (BMW dealer would have charged more than twice). Only constructive criticism I can give is communication. They worked my bike in, so it took a couple months to get it going. Beware of the owner of this business. I contacted Gerald before I spent 2 hours on the road to get to his business. I asked if the Honda helix was available and if he had a clear Florida title, he said yes. I then drove to his business, took it for a test drive and then while making an offer on the bike, he said he doesn't have the title! The bike had been listed for at least 1 month and he doesn't have the title! A complete waste of time and money! read more

I have a 1973 Triumph Bonneville, and I have been looking for a mechanic in the Melbourne Florida Area. I stopped by multiple motorcycle shops in Brevard County FL., and very few would take on the challenge of working on a 45 year old bike, or make the customer feel they were leaving their bike in capable hands. I dropped the Triumph off at GP Bikes and they install electronic ignition on the bike and trouble shot the firing issue on the left side cylinder. Once the repair was complete the bike has never run better with the installation of the electronic ignition. The Triumph went from 15 kickstarts with mechanical points to 1 start kickstart with the Boyer electronic ignition they installed. I have multiple bikes and GP Bikes is my new bike shop. read more

Sharky Will manage to tear apart the newest modern technology, KTM, Ducati, even or especially unique or older brands. I've never met a more honest bunch of guys. Any time I've had an issue with my R1 or previous bikes, I've always gotten excellent advice. If I couldn't do it myself, I got excellent service with quick turn around. Recently, I decided to take on my coolant flush, Shark gave me a great deal on some engine ice along with advice. Told me to use distilled water, as to not contaminate my cooling system and exactly how to flush it. I mean seriously, how many shops guide you through the repair without being nasty about it or trying to have you bring it in and charge you. Frank at the front counter is very knowledgeable too, not just another salesman. I wanted to change my chain to a 520. He provided me with great information as to why I shouldn't go below a 525. Riding habits, my bikes power levels, etc. All in all, I'd highly recommend them for all your needs. Great deals, great service, great people that go above and beyond the call of duty.
