this is gonna be the first time I've ever done a review on Yelp last year around May 2025 I had…read morepurchased a Honda ADV 160 motor scooter love the bike, but I needed a helmet all the ones they had on hand were too small so they ordered me one when it came in. It was still too small. Guess I have a fat head lol so I told them let's order the next size up and they told me no problem but when I asked about my money back of a little over $121 or apply it to the one coming in the parts guy now tells me different from before I ordered it. There are no refunds so now I'm stuck with a helmet that I can't wear or my wife for $121 so I went elsewhere and ordered me a helmet that came in and it fit. The color practically matched my bike, so I'm thrilled from there now I know I read Yelp before I went to buy, and I really should've listened to my gut instinct because most of the problems fell in the parts department and repair. I guess they call it service dept. so I went to the manager and said is this how you treat your customers now I'm stuck with a helmet that I can't wear for $121 and I told him if this is the way you're gonna deal with me then I'm not gonna be coming back here. He actually laughed at me and said we get that from customers all the time you'll be back I have not set foot in that place since because I mean what I say and I say what I mean I know it's a quote from Horton the elephant lol. and I think the worst part of the whole experience was the bike was priced at 4470.65 but by time they got done with all their fees and everything it ended up $8513.39 on the Yelp before I purchased. I got warned about how their feet crazy there they weren't kidding $510 delivery service charge $450.99 for electronic registration filing fee freight charge was $1200. I'm thinking that's inflated because of our illustrious leaders tariff war lol then $530 service contract $700 gap insurance which I got insured on my insurance the next day I never saw anything back from that $700 dollar 50 for lead acid battery fee and $28.35 for a new tire fee bar in mind this bike is brand new zero mileage of course it's gonna have new tires but pay a fee on it when they came with it so total cost brought it up to that $8513.39. from now on, I will definitely check Yelp and take it a little bit more serious instead of a discouraged buyer or customer and put a little more research and thought into it. and if you think I'm making this up, here's a photo of the sales receipt fee fees and things. I don't understand why they're charging me for, but I really wanted the bike because I knew we were gonna have gas prices going up and I called that one unfortunately and at 124 miles to the gallon, but I actually get 87.5 because you have road and wind and weight that apparently they don't consider when claiming that mileage!!! don't get me wrong there ain't nothing wrong with this bike. It's beautifully made and runs outstandingly, but like the upset and I reiterate, it's the parts and service department. You're gonna wanna stay away from that.

After riding 4,000 miles from California to Florida I knew I would need a rear tire on my 2014 Street Glide before riding home. With that I also know that the best advertisement for a bike shop is other bikers . Even better was from a a local moto officer. I was hanging out one afternoon shooting the breeze in a cigar shop and ran into another biker and started asking for recommendations. His bar none hands down choice is Palm Bay Powersports. He made a call and let Chris at Palm Bay Powersports know I was going to be calling. I did make the call a few days later and was greeted by the nicest gal Teri. We chatted a few minutes about my needs and how much a tire mounted on the bike would be out the door. Teri put a tire aside for me and they offered a great price! Chris then made sure to let me know that there were a few recalls on the bike and to make sure Harley takes care of those for me. He even printed them out! Love that service. I brought the bike in for the tire today and was met with the same outstanding service. The shop was clean, cool, comfortable and this is important as I was a customer waiting for my bike to be completed. Chris chatted with me when I came in to drop off the bike to make sure I got everything I needed. He checked my brakes, helped me tighten my loose housing, and talked about my tire wear. I can't say enough good things about this shop. Great bike shops are hard to come by and this is a great one!

Love the warm welcome we always get when we come here to either get new motorcycle vests or add…read morepatches to them or get motorcycle accessories. When we go riding as a group, we always make sure to come by here and see the lovely Julie and her husband who treat us like family. This is truly a hidden Gem. I do recommend coming by and checking them out the next time you are in the area or make this your motorcycle destination it is a nice ride.

She called him up yesterday and we came up to try several on today. She had 3 different styles for him to see. Once he tried them on and decided which one he liked best, she rang us up.
