Munchies custom cycles installed 2 sound digital amps, and DSP. Music started fading left to right and static coming through speakers within two weeks. Munchies refused to look at the bike and basically stated they didn't do my initial install so they wouldn't look at my bike for free , which I never asked about it being free. I stated my bike didn't do this before so I'm just asking that you are transparent with me if you guys didn't do something right and if it's not your guys fault I understand. Never heard from them again so I took my bike back to the original installer and they broke everything down showed me their work and what was done at munchies and the incorrect wiring problem done at Munchies. We took four bikes here and 3 out of four had to be done over. One bike had the windshield fly off as soon as the owner picked it up and got on the highway. One bike wouldn't even play two weeks later and I had to constantly ask Carlos to do it over, which he eventually did six months later. I have been bringing my bikes to him for a few years now. Always a quick turnaround and always done right. One time I was having an issue with my bike intermittently turning off when I rode. I pulled up and explained what was going on. I was ready to leave it and he said wait one sec, I bet the battery terminal is loose. Sure enough he fixed it and sent me on my way no charge.
