The rock was wedged inside my car in the drivers side front bumper, doing damage to the entire bumper, sensor and light. I chose Classic Collision Center for the repair, had my estimate the following Monday morning and left it for repair. Communication was wonderful every other day with updates and completion date. When I came to pick it up, they had called me to inform me that it was complete. However, I didn't make it out of the parking lot before a charging system issue light came on my dashboard. This indicates that the vehicle wasn't thoroughly tested or driven to ensure the quality of their workmanship. They allowed the car battery to drain while it was being serviced and sent it to Tires Plus for inspection because I had only replaced the battery two months prior. Tires Plus replaced the battery under their warranty, but the issue persisted. They eventually determined that the alternator had failed either due to the accident or while the vehicle was being serviced, and the battery was depleted. During an argument with the Gerber representative, they refused to acknowledge any wrongdoing and didn't attempt to fix the problem. As a result, the vehicle is in worse condition than before the accident.
