Being I live in Ft. Lauderdale and the shop is in WPB there was no way I could just drop it off, I'd have to wait. Parts were ordered and confirmed when they arrived. Install date/time was set. Job was completed in less time than expected and Brandon ensured it was done correctly. Return 9 days later, as requested, to make sure all nuts & bolts were still at proper torque. Nice group of friendly guys and the price was reasonable.

Brandon responded quickly to my online inquiry with an online quote and made sure to include all details other shops left out (like cam bolts) that may be required. He responded quickly to my email questions and soon enough, Tyler called me to follow up for the appointment. They accommodated me on my schedule and the work was completed in the time they stated. I've got to say I read the yelp reviews which I think are a bunch of silly folks. The Google review last are much more indicative of this shops attitude and performance. Brandon, Tyler and team made me feel at home. I spoke with the mechanic in the shop several times. They were completely thorough and made sure my suspension was perfect and torqued all nuts and double checked everything more than twice, especially with two road tests. I couldn't be happier. The truck now sits level with these 1.0" springs and the ride is outstanding. I also watched and listened to Brandon, Tyler and team interact with customers in-person and on the phone. They were patient, professional and made good recommendations. Thank you Brandon and Tyler and the whole team at 4WheelParts in West Palm Beach!

He was wrong, the codes came out as something else (cylinder 2 issues). I go back in, order a battery online. When I went to the other associate Michael came around behind me and slammed the battery down (scaring me half to death). It was so obvious he did it on purpose even the other associate said that it was rude of him. Michael I hope you see this and do better.

Well now that it's no longer free, and they did not offer coupons this month, I decided to take my car to Tire Kingdom (I work next door so this is the most convenient place for me). They were offering a great coupon for $100 oil change and free tire rotation! I made an appointment online, I went in the day of the appointment and someone helped me right away and got me all set up. I asked if it would be ready before lunch and they said yes. And it was! However, they notified me of a nail in the tire, as well as very worn down front brakes. I immediately ordered a new tire (I had road hazard so it would be covered) and I had it shipped direct to them. I was there the next couple of days to get the front brakes done (reasonable price) and then one day for my tire replacement. Both days, my car was ready before lunch and the whole thing went super smooth. I can attest that having car trouble and maintenance can be annoying, but they made it very easy! I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area. Lamar was very helpful and knowledgeable, as well as the other couple of men that helped to check me in.
