Avoid this clown, thinks he know how to work on bikes. Almost got me killed with his sloppy work. Over priced and poor quality workmanship.

They really make you feel right at home and take their time in talking to us and answering any questions we may have. We never feel rushed and everyone is so helpful. Both Steve's in sales and finance are amazing. I love when I call their name and they both look. It's funny! Dave in parts is always so helpful with recommendations and ordering, and just helping us figure out what we need. Matt and Justin, who are the face of the shop as soon as you walk in, are always so friendly. They are also helpful in making recommendations for parts, as well as making it a smooth and quick process when checking us in to drop off bikes for service. My first experience with service was when I left my forks for repair. The service manager, Ted, personally handled that and did a great job. Yesterday we dropped off a bike to Tyler in the back and he was also very friendly and courteous. The staff at PS is the reason why when anyone asks me if I can recommend a shop to work on their bike I always recommend PS. And, if anyone says they are looking to buy a bike I bring them there. It's always a smooth process. We personally had a great experience buying our CBR, and the friends that we have taken there were also very pleased, and grateful for the recommendation. We will definitely continue to recommend people to PS. The staff there make it a great place to go to for all our motorcycle needs. I am always confident in the professionalism and care the employees provide, as well as the level of integrity put forth by everyone at PS. I have been to other shops in the past, but none like this one, which is why it has become our go-to place. Thank you PS! Also, their webpage is awesome. It's easy to navigate through the website to get info and/or see inventory.

This is going to be unbelievable as the story goes, you can't believe this really happened till it…read morehappened to you. I'm over in west Coast and I've been looking for a Yamaha Niken, these are a bit on the rare side. The ones that are available somewhat nearby cost an arm and a leg. This place has the bike (or so it seems) Made the call and talked to Steve on 10/27, who said it is available and I would need to put $1000 deposit (which seems a bit high but whatever) I put in the deposit via CC the next day. The wiring was sent on 11/1 and they confirmed they received all the funds on 11/2. I've got the Bill of Sale and Release of Liability on that day. I'm thinking I've got the bike now I just need to find someone to pick it up for me. I've asked Steve when I can pick up the bike and he said "anytime" but sent me to a different address (In Plant City) which was near an Auction house (That should of been a red flag) I didn't think too much of it back then. I used uShip and was able to find someone who was able to go pick it up on 11/8 Monday. As he was on his way there I informed Steve about the pickup but that's when I got the call and he told me they "lost" the bike. They close Monday so he said he'll find out the next day. Of course next day goes by he said he's still working on it... By Wed 11/10 I'm still not getting a straight answer from Steve so I finally emailed Tony (the owner). To my surprise, he replied back later the day and basically said "For some reason unknown to us the auction it was at sold it and we had no idea. It was a big misunderstanding and the facts are that we will have to refund all your monies. We didn't find out what actually happened until yesterday so i am deeply sorry that we put you through this and I hope you would accept my apology." I was just SHOCKED, I mean this did not happen, I paid in full for a bike that I thought I was getting, I arranged transport which now I have to cancel and get the refund. Basically it sounded like someone at the auction house paid top dollars for the bike (even though it's SOLD to me) they sold it to the highest bidder anyway. I don't believe for a second that they had "no idea" about it. The moment the bike left their facility and went to the auction house, they knew it was going to be sold. I was just their "back burner" in case it doesn't. I did get my money back on 11/15 from a check they sent via FedEx so I can finally look for another Niken. I don't recommend dealing with them remote as they're on the shady side of things.
