They did a lot of work on my bike In the end I said I'm going to pass What do I owe you. At Harley or any other bike shop that's about 5-8 hundred for the check. Chris Charged me 150.00. I have been bringing my bikes to him for a few years now. Always a quick turnaround and always done right. One time I was having an issue with my bike intermittently turning off when I rode. I pulled up and explained what was going on. I was ready to leave it and he said wait one sec, I bet the battery terminal is loose. Sure enough he fixed it and sent me on my way no charge. I recommend these guys if you are having an issue. They are fair honest and priced reasonably.

Upon arrival, staff appeared unprepared for my visit despite the confirmed appointment, but proceeded to take the motorcycle in for service. Before work began, I asked for a verbal estimate and was told the job would require approximately two hours of labor -- consistent with the phone quote, so I authorized the service. When I returned four hours later, I was presented with a bill for $672.40 -- nearly three times the original quote. When I questioned the discrepancy, the Service Representative's only explanation was, "I told you it was about two hours of labor." At no point during our conversation, either by phone or in person, was I informed that the shop's labor rate was $185.00 per hour. Had this figure been disclosed upfront, I would have declined the service and completed the flush myself. This experience represents a significant failure in price transparency and customer communication. A verbal quote that turns out to be less than half the final invoice is not a minor miscommunication -- it is a serious breach of trust. Having reviewed other customer feedback for this location, I've found similar accounts of undisclosed labor rates and inflated final bills, which suggests this is not an isolated incident but a pattern of business practice. Despite being a longtime, repeat customer, I will not be returning to this location, and I would strongly encourage other riders to obtain a detailed, written estimate -- including the hourly labor rate -- before authorizing any work here.

The chain broke last weekend and…read moreI went on the Vortex website to order the supporting chain for the full kit they supposedly ordered. After the chain was put on I noticed the thickness was substantially different compared to the one they put on originally a few months ago. On-top of that, the chain they put on had a master link... for a liter bike. The chain I ordered myself from the same kit they supposedly got had to be riveted in, unlike the master link from whatever chain they put on. My guess is they did order the Vortex sprocket combo ONLY. And threw on whatever cheap bs they had lying around or ordered some cheap bs. The chain that broke and was put on by them was 100% not rated for 1000cc. $600 for a pos chain and a sprocket conversion (i dropped front sprocket teeth count) Without the proper chain to support the conversion. Avoid at all cost
