I'm extremely disappointed with the service department at Broward Motorsports of Hobe Sound, and at…read morethis point I'm asking for immediate action. My son's Indian Scout has been sitting there for nearly 3 months for a basic repair (front brake lever and rear brake pedal). That is unacceptable for something this minor. What's worse is the complete lack of communication. I've called multiple times, waited on hold, and was told someone would call me back--specifically Mike. I left messages and received zero follow-up. The only time we were able to get any information was when we finally reached Michael, who said the part was backordered--but then again, no updates, no follow-through, nothing. Let me be clear: delays happen. But ignoring customers does not. The level of service we received during the purchase was excellent, which makes this even more frustrating. Right now, the service department is damaging the reputation the sales team worked hard to build. At this point, I am requesting:     *    A clear and honest status update on the parts and repair     *    A realistic completion timeline     *    Consistent communication moving forward If this cannot be resolved immediately, I will escalate this further and share this experience across additional platforms. I would strongly prefer to update this review with a positive resolution--but that depends on how quickly this is addressed.

Absolutely horrible experience. If there was a "0" that is how BMS of Hobe Sound would be rated. I…read morepurchased a new Indian MC from a dealer in north Florida, and needed a first time oil change. I was advised by the Manager at BMS if I didn't get the oil change by BMS it would void the warranty. I dropped the bike off Dec 18th, 2025 and was advised they were short handed on mechanics and it would be a few weeks for completion. With the holidays approaching I did not bat an eye. Weeks go bye and I hear nothing. I called only to be sent to voicemail. No one ever followed up with me. After several calls into the business I was able to get a response on the status of the bike. I was advised the service rep who handled my bike left on vacation for a month and no one took over his core responsibilities . Finally I picked the bike up Jan 21st. In speaking with the rep he gave me a bill totaling over $600 for an oil change, a reset ref the starting code for the bike and to check the rear tire as the PSI dropped to 14 psi while in route to their shop on Dec 18th. . Being shocked by the bill for a basic oil change and a five minute job to reset the starting code I questioned the amount with the manager. I was told the owners have changed their rates to $200 an hour for service and the work completed merited this price. This is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!! A day later while checking the bike I see a screw in the rear tire. I immediately contacted the manager to advise of the situation and to tell him I specifically asked for the tire to be checked. I also sent him a photo of the tire, which he replied,"Yes, that looks like its been worn down a bit. This should of been checked." I advised him of the safety concern due to a possible blow out while traveling over an hour from his business to my home. The manager stated he would follow up with his tech and get back with me. In speaking with him he stated, " I checked the video and my tech checked the tire. Of course you think this is not factual, but there is nothing we can do for you." The lack of professionalism, outstanding cost and allowing for a bike to leave their business with a screw in the tire could of been a disaster on I-95. I worn everyone to avoid this business and to boycott BMS of Hobe Sound.

This is going to be unbelievable as the story goes, you can't believe this really happened till it…read morehappened to you. I'm over in west Coast and I've been looking for a Yamaha Niken, these are a bit on the rare side. The ones that are available somewhat nearby cost an arm and a leg. This place has the bike (or so it seems) Made the call and talked to Steve on 10/27, who said it is available and I would need to put $1000 deposit (which seems a bit high but whatever) I put in the deposit via CC the next day. The wiring was sent on 11/1 and they confirmed they received all the funds on 11/2. I've got the Bill of Sale and Release of Liability on that day. I'm thinking I've got the bike now I just need to find someone to pick it up for me. I've asked Steve when I can pick up the bike and he said "anytime" but sent me to a different address (In Plant City) which was near an Auction house (That should of been a red flag) I didn't think too much of it back then. I used uShip and was able to find someone who was able to go pick it up on 11/8 Monday. As he was on his way there I informed Steve about the pickup but that's when I got the call and he told me they "lost" the bike. They close Monday so he said he'll find out the next day. Of course next day goes by he said he's still working on it... By Wed 11/10 I'm still not getting a straight answer from Steve so I finally emailed Tony (the owner). To my surprise, he replied back later the day and basically said "For some reason unknown to us the auction it was at sold it and we had no idea. It was a big misunderstanding and the facts are that we will have to refund all your monies. We didn't find out what actually happened until yesterday so i am deeply sorry that we put you through this and I hope you would accept my apology." I was just SHOCKED, I mean this did not happen, I paid in full for a bike that I thought I was getting, I arranged transport which now I have to cancel and get the refund. Basically it sounded like someone at the auction house paid top dollars for the bike (even though it's SOLD to me) they sold it to the highest bidder anyway. I don't believe for a second that they had "no idea" about it. The moment the bike left their facility and went to the auction house, they knew it was going to be sold. I was just their "back burner" in case it doesn't. I did get my money back on 11/15 from a check they sent via FedEx so I can finally look for another Niken. I don't recommend dealing with them remote as they're on the shady side of things.

They messed up and ran my credit more than once resulting in me getting a higher interest rateread more
