Unfortunately, they refuse to give me a full refund on my order because they lack to specify which model their product is for on their website and generalize it as for 450 cc. Even when giving them the exact year making model of my bike, they failed to correctly create the product for specified model. Tyler and her customer service department is very rude and sharp saying I assume multiple times where I can say they assume that there are 450 cc labeled product would fit every model again a marketing sale on their end that they refuse to resolve I feel as if so they should refund me the full amount or even offer to make the correct product and send it out with no added charge and keep what I've already paid them. Honestly, I am not sure if I will ever use their products again and I definitely will be sharing my experience that only with every customer and friend that rides dirt bikes, but as well as my friends, the race Supercross but also their mechanics who I do work for as well. I will say thank you Bob for having better customer service behavior even though I am not satisfied I do appreciate how you have responded over how Tyler has responded. Hopefully this mixed up will help you guys properly and clearly label the products on your page and what models there are for versus leaving it open and unknown for assumption of the 450 cc
