I'm over in west Coast and I've been looking for a Yamaha Niken, these are a bit on the rare side. The ones that are available somewhat nearby cost an arm and a leg. This place has the bike (or so it seems) Made the call and talked to Steve on 10/27, who said it is available and I would need to put $1000 deposit (which seems a bit high but whatever) I put in the deposit via CC the next day. The wiring was sent on 11/1 and they confirmed they received all the funds on 11/2. I've got the Bill of Sale and Release of Liability on that day. I'm thinking I've got the bike now I just need to find someone to pick it up for me. I've asked Steve when I can pick up the bike and he said "anytime" but sent me to a different address (In Plant City) which was near an Auction house (That should of been a red flag) I didn't think too much of it back then. I used uShip and was able to find someone who was able to go pick it up on 11/8 Monday. As he was on his way there I informed Steve about the pickup but that's when I got the call and he told me they "lost" the bike. They close Monday so he said he'll find out the next day. Of course next day goes by he said he's still working on it... By Wed 11/10 I'm still not getting a straight answer from Steve so I finally emailed Tony (the owner). To my surprise, he replied back later the day and basically said "For some reason unknown to us the auction it was at sold it and we had no idea. It was a big misunderstanding and the facts are that we will have to refund all your monies. We didn't find out what actually happened until yesterday so i am deeply sorry that we put you through this and I hope you would accept my apology." I was just SHOCKED, I mean this did not happen, I paid in full for a bike that I thought I was getting, I arranged transport which now I have to cancel and get the refund. Basically it sounded like someone at the auction house paid top dollars for the bike (even though it's SOLD to me) they sold it to the highest bidder anyway. I don't believe for a second that they had "no idea" about it. The moment the bike left their facility and went to the auction house, they knew it was going to be sold. I was just their "back burner" in case it doesn't. I did get my money back on 11/15 from a check they sent via FedEx so I can finally look for another Niken. I don't recommend dealing with them remote as they're on the shady side of things.

We came to the Vero Beach area of south east Florida several years ago (like about 8). Drug our…read moremotorcycle(s) along for our winter stay. As we ride a lot, these machines need some TLC on occasion. Treasure Coast M/C center was recommended by a couple riders in the campground, so took our Suzuki in for some routine service. These folks were fantastic in getting the work done quickly and without a follow up issue. This experience was repeated on several occasions, all with great results. Our old BMW needed a clutch last year, and Treasure Coast stepped up. The owner, while a former Harley Davidson dealer, is a BMW rider himself. His crew finally got the parts for the bike (BMW's issue, not his) and did the replacement. A few weeks later, it was apparent that there was still an issue with the clutch swap. The motorcycle was returned to them and, after a few days, was corrected. No complaints, no whining, no BS....just get it taken care of. I needed further service on one of our motorcycles this year and received the same excellent service I'd come to expect from this dealership. In short, I've got some of their business cards that I carry with me and have not hesitated to recommend them any time I encounter a motorcyclists that's unhappy with the current service options. BMW riders can be a difficult group to satisfy....but the one's I've given cards to have been happy with the results.

I drove it the next day the clutch was totally burned up.... My mechanic tried to adjust it but none left. thats probably why the floorboard was left off where Bud tried to Adjust it.
