My son's Indian Scout has been sitting there for nearly 3 months for a basic repair (front brake lever and rear brake pedal). That is unacceptable for something this minor. What's worse is the complete lack of communication. I've called multiple times, waited on hold, and was told someone would call me back--specifically Mike. I left messages and received zero follow-up. The only time we were able to get any information was when we finally reached Michael, who said the part was backordered--but then again, no updates, no follow-through, nothing. Let me be clear: delays happen. But ignoring customers does not. The level of service we received during the purchase was excellent, which makes this even more frustrating. Right now, the service department is damaging the reputation the sales team worked hard to build. At this point, I am requesting:     *    A clear and honest status update on the parts and repair     *    A realistic completion timeline     *    Consistent communication moving forward If this cannot be resolved immediately, I will escalate this further and share this experience across additional platforms. I would strongly prefer to update this review with a positive resolution--but that depends on how quickly this is addressed.

Service departments SUCKS. I brought a Polaris RZR 1000 with the problem of it running poorly…read more Asked them to use their Polaris Digital Wrench Computer to diagnose the problem for $110. They then gave me a $1000 bill saying the valve time was off by 3 teeth. Also, my drive belt was bad, which they showed me and it was. They never called me with a quote for doing that work. That is an issue in itself, but it gets worse. They did a compression check and said it was good, which was written on the work order. However, it is impossible to have good compression with valve time being off. Also, I knew it was not off because I checked that along with many other things before bringing it to be diagnosed. They called 4 weeks later and said it was all fixed and runs great, they also wrote that on the work order as well. I get there to pick it up and it runs the same as when I dropped it off. The mechanic, and I use that term loosely, said it ran great yesterday I don't know why it is running bad now. Left the machine there for another 5 weeks and I called once every week to check on it and the service manager, Leonard said, yes we have been working on it and he would check with the mechanic and call me back, which he never did. Finally, they told me they couldn't figure out the problem because the RZR was too modified. Which I guess a full HMF exhaust system and stage 2 Hot Cams are too modified for them. Very disappointed, I would not let them work on my bicycle. The only slightly nice thing I will say about them is that they must have agreed with me that the valve timing story was not possible, because they did take 2 hours of labor off without any fight. So it cost me $750 and two months to get a new belt. Which is a 20-minute job that I have done on the side of a trail in the past. Also, they store your machine outside in a dirt parking lot, the bike was spotless when I brought it in, and when I got it back it looked like it had been used in a war. They did not even wipe it down.

I really couldn't stay silent after witnessing what happened at Route 1 on Friday evening. I…read morestopped by looking for a life jacket for my son and ended up speaking with a couple outside who were looking at jet skis. We talked for about 20 minutes about our experiences with the brand, our professional backgrounds, and local ties. The couple was impressive -- the gentleman, a lifelong local, is a charter captain, Marine Corps veteran, and product manager for a global company. His wife is a U.S. Air Force veteran, first responder, and first assistant surgeon at Holmes. They were clearly well-informed and had done their homework. We entered the store together but split up. I later overheard them ask two different sales reps if they had two 2025 FishPro models in stock -- both reps said no, only demos. The couple showed they had emails stating otherwise. A second rep eventually got the GSM (General Sales Manager), who approached them with arms crossed and a defensive attitude from the start. When the couple asked about a windshield kit (quoted in-store at $799 plus $149 install), the Air Force vet noted it's $399 online when customizing a unit. The GSM snapped, "Not for the FishPro, only the GSR -- look it up!" I did -- he lied. I built a 2026 FishPro online myself with the windshield kit listed at $399. The Marine mentioned he had connections with Sea-Doo dealers on the West Coast but wanted to shop local to support his community. The GSM's reply? "Then why aren't you buying from your friends?" By now, more staff had begun to crowd around the couple. The vibe? Intimidation and condescension -- not customer service. It was uncomfortable to witness and flat-out unprofessional. I backed away at that point because it was clearly not a helpful or welcoming dealership. It was sales pressure, defensiveness, and disrespect -- especially disappointing considering this couple's local ties and military service. To the dealership owner (if you read this): you need a secret shopper or three. This kind of arrogance and attitude starts at the top. You're losing good, loyal customers because of it.

Kevin is a good guy, absolutely zero pressure to buy, he let me test ride the bike as many times as I needed, taught me some things I didn't know about the model, and made the whole process easier than any other dealer I've been too. No need for a trip to the DMV they handle everything in their office. The price was great, you won't be scammed with any ridiculous extra fees unlike almost every other motorcycle dealer in the area. The environment and whole experience is super laid back and really couldn't be any better.

They took care of the marketing, finding the true value of the boat, advertising and handling of all the buyer interactions. I was shocked that after only 2 weeks, Kevin called me to tell me that I no longer owned a boat, he had sold it! These are truly professionals, and they know their business.
