I recently hired them to install what's known as a "storm" track for the mainsail. I asked them to have the sail and cover cleaned while it was off the boat and being modified by them for the storm track. They refused to do it. After they finished the Storm track job, they improperly installed the Stack pack. Additionally, two sharp metal pieces were adrift in the folded sail. they could have easily cut into my mainsail.
